Sad to hear. Thanks for the input!

This was such an inspiring read - thank you for sharing your journey! 🙌 I’m not a Champion (yet!), but stories like yours really motivate me to keep contributing and learning within the Atlassian Community. I love how your background in teaching helped shape your leadership style here - it's a great reminder that skills…

Loved this session - thank you! 🙌 Habit #1 really resonated with me. Focusing on what truly matters and tying daily work to bigger goals is something I've been trying to be more intentional about lately. The Daily North Star play is a great way to keep priorities clear and aligned - definitely adding that to my routine! 💫…

Hi, @Roy Maalouf! 👋 There are a couple of reasons why this could happen: Check if the sender is allowed under Customer Permissions (e.g., restricted domains or not a registered customer). Make sure the email channel is correctly configured under Project settings > Email requests. The portal access needs to be open, to…

Thanks for sharing, so many exciting features to try out! ✨

Happy Wednesday! ✨ No kids here, but I’m hoping to squeeze in a bit of travel abroad this summer and also take advantage of the nice weather to explore more of Estonia too. I’ve also set aside some time to focus on certifications: planning to start with the ACA ones, then hopefully tackle an ACP cert in August. A mix of…

Congrats to the new group leaders! 🎉 Love this topic - our team does Friday check-ins to reflect and adjust weekly. Additionally, we share one “favorite failure” and what we learned. This keeps improvement continuous without the overhead. Curious to hear others’ tips too! ✨

@Tomislav Tobijas +1 😄

Hey, @Alessandro Micheli! Unfortunately restricting removing links is not possible. However, you can build an automation rule that restores the link and notifies the user by adding a comment that they tried to remove the link. You can build the automation that is triggered when work item link is deleted: Additionally, you…

This is a really helpful update! 👏 We used it in our onboarding form to let users choose a responsible manager for a new employee - now with the custom field, it also shows the manager’s country and role, which makes everything clearer. Thanks for improving this! 😊

This is a smart way to use Jira Product Discovery! I like how the Impact Score helps you focus on the right customers. I never thought about using negative values like that - very clever. Thanks for sharing, it gave me some new ideas! 😊

Thank you for sharing this! ✨ I liked the part about using JPD for intake and roadmap planning. It's interesting how you manage so many teams and still keep everything clear and connected. Great tips on using global fields too - I will keep that in mind!
-
Thanks for sharing this! I liked the idea of starting with a small version (PoC) and improving it with feedback. It’s smart to use JPD to plan designer time - that’s not always easy 💭

Love the focus on transparency and adaptability here - especially the point about building a shared view across disciplines. It’s inspiring to see how tools can be shaped to support collaboration at scale ✨

Happy Birthday! 🎈✨

Unfortunately I don't know what caused the issue. As the issue is resolved, you can also mark this question as solved 😊
-
Hi, @Enrique! 👋 Have you tried creating the dashboard and filtering Epics out using the "Parent" field? You can use "Issue Statistics" gadget and Statistic Type = Parent. Additionally, you can use "Filter Results" and add the "Parent" column there. You can try out other gadgets as well. Hope this helps! ✨

Hey @Steeve P_, happy to inform that the bug is now resolved 😊
-
@Manjunath happy to inform that the bug is now fixed 😊
-
Hey, @Kristian Klima, the issue was just reported as fixed by Atlassian. I refreshed my public page and the Table of Contents macro is now visible 😊 For reference: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-82054

Hi, @Manjunath! ☀️ This seems to be a known issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-82054 You can vote for it and watch it to be notified when there are any updates ✨

Such a relatable read - I've definitely fallen into the "missing owner" and "macro overload" traps in past projects 🙈 We’ve recently started adding review reminders and ownership tags to new pages, and it’s made a noticeable difference! Thanks for putting this together @Patricia Modispacher _K15t_ - sharing with my team! ☀️
-
Thanks for jumping in, @asadiq! 😊 Just to clarify - the link you shared is actually this same thread we’re already in, so unfortunately it doesn’t help with the challenges that aren’t registering correctly. I’m hoping someone from the Community or Kudos team can check behind the scenes, as it seems like a bug or syncing…

Sorry - somehow missed that you meant Atlassian Analytics. Could this article help you? 👉 https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-analytics/kb/visualize-linked-jira-issues-in-atlassian-analytics/
-
Hi, @william! ☀️ You should be able to do that using a filter in Jira Dashboard and showing the linked issues in a separate column. Hope this helps! ✨
-
Glad to hear you found a solution! 😊
-
Hi, @Lara Sousa! 👋 You can achieve this by choosing trigger "Scheduled" and from there weekly occurrence. You can select the days you want to execute the rule. Additionally, you can achieve the same result using CRON expression: 0 9 * * 1-5 This means run at 9:00 AM only on Monday to Friday. Hope this helps! ✨

This is really nice! 🎉 I'm currently on the waitlist for the Success Champion program and looking forward to (hopefully!) being accepted. The clearer eligibility info is super helpful - makes it much easier to know what to aim for. Thanks for keeping the process transparent and encouraging! 🙌✨
