Hi, @PRAVIN VINOD! 👋 To add to what @Pramodh M shared - Jira and Confluence are licensed separately, so you only pay for the users you add to each product. If someone only needs Jira, they don't need a Confluence license (and vice versa). However, if you're considering using both products together, Atlassian now offers a…

Hi, @Kai Becker!👋 If your Affected Service is an Assets object field and each service has a custom attribute like "Team" (which itself is another object or even just a user group/user field), then you can do this: In your Assets schema, make sure the Affected Service object has a linked attribute pointing to the…

Wow, these are incredibly beautiful! 💜❤️

Thank you so much! ☺️ The cake topper had a matching "Happy Birthday" banner too! 🚀

I've passed the 2k milestone! 🎉 This challenge has been the perfect motivation to scroll through the Community with my morning coffee - way more uplifting than the usual news feed! ☕

Thank you for this post, @James O_Connor! 💛 I'm inspired by people who quietly support others every day - whether it's a kind colleague, a patient teacher, or someone showing up for their community without expecting anything in return. Those small actions add up and really stick with me 🌱

Such a lovely story, @Hye-Jin Kim! 💛 It’s amazing how much you've grown through the community. Can't wait to see what you do next! ✨

The shift from "issues" to "work items" probably had the biggest impact for me and the transition felt more natural than I expected. Another one that stands out is Insights becoming Assets. I still hear both names used depending on who you talk to! 😅 Also guilty of occasionally saying "plugins" instead of apps! 🙈 Curious…

This looks like a really welcome update! Cleaner navigation and a more consistent experience across products definitely makes a difference in day-to-day admin work. Looking forward to trying out the new layout once it rolls out ✨ Thanks for making these improvements! 👏

This looks like a great course for anyone just starting to get familiar with Jira, or even for those transitioning from Server/Data Center to Cloud. Always helpful to revisit the basics and learn about new features in the cloud experience! 👏

This is a great update and will definitely give teams more flexibility while keeping the costs lower! ✨

Totally doable - let's go! 🌳

Love this story 😄 My “friend's” biggest crime might be a slight addiction to forgetting to activate parking in the parking app... more times than they'd like to admit. No fake IDs, no document forgery - just an ongoing battle with those little parking zone signs! 😅
-
Great roundup of practical tips! I've definitely missed a few key updates in the past, so I'm trying to be more proactive about checking the Cloud roadmap and using the Release Tracks. Previewing features in sandbox has also saved me from a few surprises during team rollouts 😅 Thanks for putting this together, it's a solid…

I already earned the badge and shared my thoughts earlier, but I've been reading through more comments and had to come back - there are so many great perspectives here! 👏 @David Vasilescu's point about these values being universal really resonated with me. And I loved @Morgan Watts' reminder that “be the help you seek”…

Thanks for sharing this, @Robert Nadon! ✨ I actually set up something very similar just last week: a two-step approval for access rights requests. The first approver is the requester's direct lead (pulled from Assets), and the second is the owner of the access right itself - also stored in Assets. It's been working really…

Thanks for pointing it out, @Anwesha Pan! On desktop it was working fine but not on mobile. It should be fixed now 😊

Congratulations, everyone! 🎉👏

I'm a big fan of orchids too! 🌸 At my previous workplace, I had more than five different kinds brightening up my desk. They're absolutely stunning flowers - just a bit high-maintenance, but totally worth the effort! 🩷

How interesting, I didn't know that! 💙

Great job, everyone! 👏

🎉 Happy Jira Admin Day 2025! 🎉 I became a Jira admin at my previous job almost by accident... but ended up really enjoying it! 😄 Suddenly I was managing Jira, Confluence, JSM, and JPD, giving trainings to new teammates, and sharing all the shiny new Cloud features with the team ☁️ Fast-forward to now: I've moved into a…

Hi, @Derek Habington! 👋 To add to what @Staffan Redelius said, if you're on Jira Premium plan and admin, you can navigate to Jira settings > Work type hierarchy and change the settings from there. But it's a good idea to test it out in a sandbox environment because it'll affect all company-managed projects. You can read…

Hey, @Mario GELES! Could you check your Completed tab and see if the Likes 4 Trees badge is listed there? It’s possible you've already hit the daily limit of 100 trees planted 😊 🌱

I really loved reading this – what an inspiring story! 💙 It's amazing how you went from doubting your English to writing 72 articles and co-founding a company. That's such a big achievement, and it shows how far you've come. Your description of marketers in Bulgaria made me smile - but I really admire your approach:…

Unfortunately, I live in an apartment and don't own a backyard, but I love seeing everyone's beautiful photos! 🌳 Wishing that I one day have a beautiful backyard filled with beautiful trees and many flowers (including peonies - my favorites!) 🤍🌸
-
Whoa, these are really beautiful! My dream is also to one day have a garden filled with peonies 😊🌸
-
Oh, this is a movie series I haven't watched in a long time, should add it to my to-do list 😊

This was such a fun and relatable read! 💙 I loved how your story evolved from silently browsing to leading and shaping the community on multiple fronts. I totally agree - helping others is one of the best ways to keep learning. And your Curiosity → Confidence → Community progression is so on point! 👏 Also replacing gaming…
