Hey @julio valdez You can create a second automation rule that runs on a schedule. Set it to run on how often you want to run it but I'd recommend just doing once a day. On the schedule trigger set JQL to: duedate (or your on hold date field) <= now() Now you can choose to set additional conditions if you need or just use…

Hey @Abby O_Connell You can absolutely do this. Take the export as normal and make your edits. Then unfortunately, this will require an admin. But your system admin will be able to run the import from the admin console and have it update issues. There are two methods for importing issues but on the admin one can update…

I think that your challenge is probably a very common issue with a lot of teams when they transition to team of teams. I'd also say one of the biggest blockers in my experience is executive understanding. Getting them inspired & understanding of why the changes benefit and running plays like you mentioned will help them…

@Nikki Zavadska _Appfire_ Thanks so much for the article. I have to say that we have all seen and experienced the red flags you speak of. I think the most important signs is to not repeat them and learn from the experiences that made us feel those things.

I'm clearly very late for this podcast but Thanks so much for making it. I'm catching up and I have to say I love them. Also gives me an excuse to put on some headphones and binge listen.

Love a good feature flag. But I love the fact we can provide the information to Jira only users now so they can also be a part of conversations. All of this additional context makes room for better decision making.
-
I'm really enjoying seeing Jira become the command centre for managing the rest of the infinity loop providing context back to Jira only users.
-
Thanks for sharing the article. The easier we can make release notes to actually make, I think the more enjoyable and therefore better & accurate they will become. Things like this are incredibly laborious for teams. If we make lives easier then it wont be such a burden for them.
-
I cannot wait to share these with our development teams. While I know reports only ever gets you half way, the rest is based on us humans. The more we can provide the better our decision making is.

Happy Appreciate Month I think to all my fellow admins out there. It's unsung work most of the time but what you do can make the world of difference to teams!!
-
Ooooo. I think the Confluence updates will definitely help users better manage and move around content. The all content tab will be interesting to see how it continues to develop. Signed up to the EAP. Looking forward to the conversation :)

Oh wow. Where do we start. Well first of all I believe I need to give a shout out to our Linonesses who are going to kick A** again this year!!!! COME ON ENGLAND!!!! But what about my Atlassian line-up? Okay so I think my goalie choice has to be collaboration. All of the play books provided by Atlassian are designed to…

Gotta love some Jira Jams. I have tried adding one of my new fav artists from this year after getting to see them live at Glastonbury, but struggled. Can someone add https://open.spotify.com/track/5Z8Dj3LtbyCMiwE86rhg2f?si=fdd5598ff7c645a3 Of course the Foo Fighters also had to appear though.…

Thanks for sharing @Abby Stiris First of all I think any improvements to reduce context switching is really important so I love to see the work around showing linked Confluence pages. Getting a specific university course out is especially good as well. I hope to see this available on the training for Jira app as we would…

Boards for JSM. I'm excited to see and hear loads more about this. For some teams it'll work, others I'm not so sure, but I'll be going in with an open mind :)

@Charlotte Santos -Appfire- Is there any way you can add me to that feature request for dynamic use of the extensions. Thinking of use within gadgets etc. Thanks.
-
@Charlotte Santos -Appfire- Thanks for the note. I'll take a look and reach out to your support team if I have any questions.
-
@Avinoam Thanks for the comment. I think it is important to make the most out of the integration. Things like auto linking issues and pages properly, being able to include information in ticket creation/page content etc. If we want to provide better transparency and less context switching, this is definitely a good start.…

Hey @Charlotte Santos -Appfire- Just want to bring this one back up. Can the extensions app go higher then epic in terms of the recursive JQL. If we inputted the following JQL for hierarchy below would it return all results issues below: issue in childrenOfIssuesInQueryRecursive(“issuekey in (COPS-1)”) * COPS-1 (project)*…

Hey @Bhavya Nag Thanks for the spreading the news. I have some questions regarding some of the features with external users. In regards to the exporting of external users, are you planning on providing additional information like what sites & products they may have access to? Whether they are part of any groups? We do…
-
@Avinoam Thanks for this feature, being able to turn Confluence tasks into Jira tickets easier will help out teams massively. I love the automation engine, but I would definitely love to see further links between the two applications. Are the teams considering improving the create Confluence page action for Jira…
-
@Rhys Christian is there any ability to group and filter higher up the hierarchy and not just at epic level?
-
@Bryce Lord that is a great one. When we thinking of cross team dependencies that are probably not working in same projects or plans etc. It can often be a little hard to visualise these. I'd love to see something implemented.
-
Cannot wait for the event. Will be looking at flights & hotel soon.
-
This is such a great little addition to a Confluence page. I'm really happy to see page ownership transfer included. It would be great to see this within the API so we can bulk do this, but also possibly as an action within the automation engine. We create a lot of our Atlassian content through automation anyway, so would…

Really good to continue seeing this move forward. Think it is vital the clean-up happens to make sure experience is correct.
