@Stefano Galati are you referring to Issue Forms that link directly to a form? At the moment, there is not a simpler way of finding Issue Form links than going to each form's setting page. However, we are working on an update to issue forms that will allow you to find your forms through a picker. More to come on that in…

Hi @Wellington Lee 👋 -- Data Center customers can use the ProForma Marketplace app. It is still a paid product, but if you need to run a proof of concept or only need a few forms you can also use ProForma Lite for free. I don't have any news to share on Data Center integration similar to Cloud.
-
Hi @Rory Kelly Here's what I can tell you: We're on track to release new Jira Automation forms components mid-April. I'll post updates about form automation and other releases in the Forms Group. Come join us if you haven't already.
-
Hi @Christian Diaz The ability to migrate ProForma forms and data from Server or Data Center to Cloud is not yet ready. I can't provide a timeline at the moment, but we will provide updates when this can be delivered. If you haven't already, you can join the Forms Group here on Community. I'll publish updates like…

Hi @Lucas Cirelli Lopes 👋 Having ProForma Lite installed on prod will keep that instance from getting the integrated form builder for now. We're getting close to migrating instances like this over to the new form builder and we'll share dates soon. Don't uninstall the ProForma Lite app if you're actively using it.
-
@Kate Doebler -- I'm not aware of a public ticket tracking the integration of ProForma with Jira Software. I'll share news on that in the Forms Group when I can.
-
@Sam is your ProForma field linked to a Jira field or a custom field?
-
@Steve Dobrioglo @Sam Fowler Hi guys - when the new form builder is fully integrated with Automation for Jira, you will have the option of including smart values in the email copy. I'm not sure if that meets the need of the original post, but it could give you some additional flexibility to use form data. The forms and A4J…

Looking into that @Kate Doebler -- will report back when I know more
-
Thanks @Alexander Bondarev -- glad to see you in there already :)
-
Hi @Roland Megele 👋 -- Data Center customers can still purchase ProForma from the Marketplace here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215833/proforma-forms-checklist-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview The ProForma app is supported, but there isn't yet a public roadmap for integrating ProForma with Data Center.

Going to respond to a few comments in this one... @Dirk Ronsmans 👋 -- what I meant to say is that you can use conditional logic in your forms to let a user to pick the language they want to use for the form. As the form builder, you would have to build the form once for each language. In @Peter Reiser 's example you would…
-
Hi @koh 👋 -- dates are displayed in correspondence with the locale selected in your Jira language settings. For example, if English (US) is selected you'll see dates in the mm/dd/yyyy format.
-
Hi @Zayed Zaki 👋 -- I've refreshed my browser a few times and am not seeing any images attached. Could you share them in a reply? Are you working with ProForma or the new native form features? Many ProForma customers should still see ProForma forms and can build forms with rich-text formatting. You can add as much text as…
-
Thanks for posting this ☝️ @Peter Reiser -- You can only set one language setting per form, but there is an imperfect workaround: * Create multiple versions of your form (for example, one in German and one in French) * Create a choice question at the top of your form with the target languages. Then create conditional…
-
Hi @Todd Warrington -- you're right! It's not much use yet... Automation will be released within the next month or two. I'm not able to share a date, but it's close. I'm as excited as anyone to get automation out there so you can use these workflows to their fullest -- I'll post a date as soon as I can. Also, we're…
-
Happy to hear it @tommy ! Automation --> we're on track for April release of some great automation capabilities. JQL to find issues w/forms --> Does this help? http://links.thinktilt.net/find-issues-have-forms
-
Thanks for sharing @PhilSpo I wasn't able to recreate that error? Have you submitted a support ticket for it? Dates are displayed in correspondence with the locale selected in your instance's language settings. For example, select English (US) to see dates in the mm/dd/yyyy format. @mention me here if you'd like to follow…
-
Very happy to hear this use case resonates. I'll pass along these comments to the original author -- I'm just the guy who posted these. @Oliver Bates @[deleted] @Mike Lee @stephan.dettmar here's what I can tell you about the automation timeline: We plan to release it in the next couple of months. I'd love to share an exact…
-
Hi @Oliver Bates 👋 There is no early access available, but we are getting close to releasing the automation functionality. Either me or someone on the forms team will publish an update on automation here in Community when we're able to share a release date. Also coming soon: We're launching a Forms Group on Community.…
-
Thanks @David Stokes I'll flag this with the product team.
-
Thanks for sharing that, @David Stokes. How would you trigger an automation to replace the older forms? Put differently, would you modify your workflow to trigger this kind of automation?
-
Gotcha! Yes, the form is a point-in-time record of the questions asked. If you update the form template to include new questions you will need to update it on each issue where you want users to see the most up-to-date questions. That automation is not available at the moment. This is on the product backlog, but I'm not…
-
Thanks for your question, @David Stokes I may not fully understand the use case, but would updating the original form work instead of replacing the form entirely? Or are you saying that the form template (i.e.: the questions you're asking) itself needs to be updated?
-
Hi @Jamie Schwartz 👋 You should be able to add a form to an existing request. When you have a request open you can navigate to the Action Menu and select "Add form" You can also type `.` to open the Action menu and select "Add form". Let me know if that helps.
-
Woohoo! That's great news, @Fabian Lim Looking forward to the video 🎥
-
Hi @Steve Dobrioglo 👋 To the best of my knowledge, the full site export and import works. We are working on support for the Migration Assistant tool, but I can't share a timeline at the moment.
-
Hi @Fabian Lim - you're right. The order of the attachment field and the form can be confusing to users. We are working to fix this so attachments can be used in a more natural way in forms. I don't have a timeline I can share, but please know we hear you!
-
Hi @Michael - thanks for your question! Forms for Jira Software is on our roadmap, but I don't yet have a date to share. If you're asking about adding form creation to the Create button, it's on the roadmap but I don't have a timeline for it either.
-
@Matthias Ortner you can share here or shoot me a note at ppreston@atlassian.com :)
