Hi @Kate Reeder To remove a goal follower in Atlas who is no longer active, follow these steps: * Access the Atlas Goal * Open the Followers section * Click the three-dot menu next to the deactivated follower * Select "Remove" or "Unfollow" * Confirm the action

I would just call it "Item". A "Task" is an item type, just like "Feature" or "Story". It may not even be "Work" related ...

Hi @Ruchi welcome to the Atlassian Community! A Jira Admin can edit the options/values of a custom field Select List (single choice). You need to be a Product Admin. See the following documentation article: Edit a custom field's options

Hi @Mandy Martell welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm afraid I cannot add anymore information than what is listed in the error message, besides some basic troubleshooting: * Has it ever worked before? * If yes, since when do you have the issue? * When trying to reproduce the issue, what steps are you taking on which…

Hi @Ivanna Demydiak welcome to the Atlassian Community! The built-in Time Tracking Report won't meet these requirements as it will only display the hierarchy/relationship between standard issues types and subtasks, not between Epics/Parent and standard issue types. You'll either need a third-party time tracking/roll-up app…

Hi @Ravelly Marques welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please read through the following documentation article: Removing Collaborators from a Workspace

Hi @Bozhena Varbanova Go to the designated Space, then select Space settings (you must be a Space Admin of the space or a Confluence Admin) > Space permissions > General Then look for column Attachments > Add

Hi @Mel Stibbs welcome to the Atlassian Community! In Trello Standard, you'll be charged for each member of the Workspace. So you'll need to de-activate product access for the users you don't need. You can use Board guests for guest access but pay attention, because you have free guest and billable guest accounts, see…

Hi Maria, welcome to the Atlassian Community! For out-of-the-box reports, see Track customer satisfaction feedback trends, it won't show you percentages though. In order to meet your requirements, you'll need a third-party app from the Marketplace. Customer Satisfaction Survey for Jira has the highest number of installs.
-
Mmm, I see. Yes, that option list becomes rather/too long with those third-party apps installed. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to your question as I don't think there is a solution or shortcut/option key for this.

Hi @Debbie Wittkop welcome to the Atlassian Community! Which ellipses are your talking about? The "More actions" in the top right corner of the page? I cannot reproduce that issue, all options are visible without zooming out.
-
Hi @Purusharth Chauhan what is the scope of your issue source? A board, a project, a filter or a combination?
-
A click on the green "Accept answer" button for this Dave and my community buddy Dave is also appreciated. 🙂
-
@Bharat Kumar Bondalapati Please double check the settings and connection with your IdP in that case. I'm pretty sure the root cause is in that configuration somehow.
-
Hi @Abdurrahman KARABACAK welcome to the Atlassian Community! I never tried it before, but yes, I'm able to reproduce the issue and it's annoying indeed. I would suggest to provide in-product feedback to Atlassian via the Help icon.
-
Hi @Katie Brady welcome to the Atlassian Community! For PMO, I do like these native products and features: * The timeline view in Jira projects * View insights in Jira Cloud * Advanced planning with Plans in Jira Premium I would suggest to start with these first and try to maximize their value. And yes, there are some nice…

Looking forward to all badge contestants and nominees!
-
Hi @Bharat Kumar Bondalapati is your Jira site connected with an identity provider via Atlassian Guard? Or are these manually created/invited users?
-
Yes, this. Unfortunately, these existing DC features are not yet still not available in Cloud. I mean, one simply doesn't use a CSV for synchronization. Database, JSON, LDAP are the ones we need for scheduling.
-
Hi @William welcome to the Atlassian Community! Looking at the documentation article Print QR codes, there isn't much or rather nothing to configure besides the size. I would suggest to provide in-product feedback to Atlassian directly via the Help icon or to submit a suggestion via support. The Atlassian Community won't…
-
Hi @Bella Pavliger welcome to the Atlassian Community! Ouch, that is bad news. As you are on a Premium plan, I'd suggest to contact Atlassian Support directly in order to get this fixed ASAP. After all, you're paying for premier support.
-
Hi @Whitney Nicholes as a Solution Partner, I always advise my clients to get the most out the standard product before purchasing a paid third-party app. To be honest, talking about the app you mentioned: I may be biased by their aggressive marketing on the Community, which has an counterproductive effect on me. The…

I'm a classic organizer so I do welcome this feature.

@Andy Gladstone Such a lovely family picture, great to see you all together!

Shame on me, I rarely visit a park or museum. But I do have fond memories of my city trip to Rome in 2018 where we visited the Musei Capitolini and the Musei Vaticani, very impressive.

@Adithya Ramesh Thank you for sharing this roadmap. The issue of Jira entity conflicts when moving data is a PITA (I'll let you figure out the acronym, maybe insert an AI definition 😉) As the JCMA doesn't remove existing data on the cloud site, I don't see why it cannot add data without creating a duplicate.
-
In your Queue settings, you have a grey button Reorder queues Can you perhaps post a screenshot of the actual view and the configured view?
-
Hi @Míkel Rodríguez Domínguez this is rather a discussion than a request for support as it won't be solved via the Atlassian Community. But to answer anyways: You can always provide direct in-product feedback to Atlassian via the Help icon (question mark) and then select 'Give feedback about Jira'.

Hi @Dick welcome to the Atlassian Community! The default attachment size is 1 GB per file, the maximum attachment size per file is 2 GB. See the following documentation article for reference: Configuring file attachments

Hello @Patrick de Vries welcome to the Atlassian Community! You indicated in the permissions level of your question that you are a Product Admin. Are you also a Project Admin for the service project? You need to be a project admin to create and manage priority groups. For reference, this is the documentation article:…
