Thank you for the kind words @Lothar and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Great to see that you enrolled in the EAPs, it is a great way to provide feedback loops before general availability.

Hi @Cleomar Panerio * Are other users experiencing the same issue on you Cloud site? * Do you have the same issue in another browser? * Since when are you experiencing the issue? * Is it for all issues in all projects or only for specific issues/projects?

Hi @Tengku Firdaus Tengku Zambri Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you working in a company-managed project: It is indeed a good approach to start with a NEW workflow. When it's finished, associate it with the Bug issue type in the Workflow Scheme associated with your project. Any statuses that did exist in the old…

@Claire Yusko You just made my day! This is exactly what our client needs for communication purposes. Thanks so much. 🙏🏻

@Brant Schroeder Those points are mindblowing! Leave some for the others this quarter. 😉
-
Thank you for sharing @Amanda Barber , wonderful article!
-
Well done @Ditte Simard !

A great round of applause for @Kristján Geir Mathiesen Let's continue the #TBT vibe in 2024!

I never expected the Atlassian Community to be so much fun. Getting to know other Community Leaders (Online or ACE), attending Atlassian Community Events, The 1:1 Orbit connections, the Kudos Program, all the posts and likes, ... it's been a joy to meet and learn from you all. Let's continue in 2024!

Let's keep this tradition ongoing in 2024!

Hi @Alan Matasci welcome to the Atlassian Community! The support page Manage your language preferences available languages table does not include Atlas yet, so only English for now.
-
Thanks for the roundup @Jimmy Seddon
-
I've been using Atlas for my Atlassian Community goals, now adding a project for it. 🌐 New badges, badges here, badges there, badges everywhere!

Hi @Fotios Liachas Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please check with the board administrator or the filter owner to update the filter. Alternatively, the filter owner can also give you edit permissions for the filter.

Hi @Relja Mihajlovic If the app is also free for up to 10 users (like it is displayed in your case), then yes, you can continue to use the app after the trial period. PS: I moved your question to the App Central group.

Wow @Kristján Geir Mathiesen that's quite a scary story. Personally, I've never been in a car chase, but I did experience road rage a couple of times. Your post reminds me of the famous Bullitt (1968) case chase scene in SF Bullitt (1968) - San Francisco Car Chase Scene

Hi @Andrew DeBell . I just signed up for a Live Learning event, but I was awarded the regular "Save Me A Seat" badge, not the "Live Learning RSVP" badge. Can someone look into this?
-
Looking forward to the live learning events of Atlassian Creators/Instructors Jimmy, Kate, Alex & Robert!
-
@Cindy Ji I like ALL of the updates. 👍🏻👌🏻🤘🏻

Hi @Parikshit Pandhare Atlassian Cloud products don't have an external versioning system like their on-premise equivalent (Server / Data Center). Because of phased roll-outs of features, some sites may be on a different 'version' than others. So, in practice, you're always on the latest version.

One for the design team: More, lots more icons/avatars for projects, request types and issue types These have been around for ages ... 👴🏻
-
@Irene Spark joy! ✨
-
Thanks for charing @Christian Beaulieu On a completely different note: I wish Atlassian would offer a lot more icons and avatars for projects and request types. They haven't changed for ages and the choice is very limited.

Hello @Julian Delfino welcome to the Atlassian Community! The default Issue hierarchy in Jira doesn't allow this: * Epic Level * Standard issue type level (Story, Task, Bug, ...) * Sub-task level (sub-task issue types) With Jira Software Premium, you can create additional levels above the Epic level. Besides, I don't see…

HI @Devendra Chindarkar welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you tried it in another browser as well?
-
Hi @Bojan Virag I assume it's based on activity, i.e. the number of issues created within that specific portal. But the documentation doesn't mention this explicitly.
-
Hi @yusi Just be aware that you need to be a member of the group you're trying to add as viewer or editor and that you need to confirm by clicking the Add button to the right of the field.
-
Hi @jrm , create a custom issue type 'Feature' and it will be underneath Epic in the standard issue type hierarchy (but not above the other base issue types). Although that's probably not the anwer you'd like to hear. Alternatively, you could rename Epic to Feature and add Epic as level above, but I wouldn't recommend it…

You need to have common or global transitions from the Done status to the In Progress status for the workflow associated with issue type Story. Could you share a screenshot of your workflow configuration? Are you working in a team-managed or company-managed project?

Are stories using a different workflow than tasks?
