Hi @Pavol Ballon welcome to the Atlassian Community! There are several (paid) third-party apps available to integrate sync between two JSM instances: * Exalate Jira Issue Sync, Automation & More * Backbone Issue Sync for Jira * Issue Sync You won't be able to do this natively within JSM.

Hi @Mohamed Saad Taha You could consider using approval groups for this process. If one or more approvers from the group approve the request, it is considered approved. Of course, when using approver groups, all approvers from the group will always be eligible to approve/decline a pending request. As an agent, you always…

Hi @JUDY EDMONDS I'm afraid this will never get implemented because after all these years, it still isn't possible with custom fields in Jira. And I understand it for the first reason you mentioned, namely data integrity. There will always be limitations or data loss when changing one field type to another.

My parents used to have a Bouvier in the early 80s, I got to name him and called him King. It was just a lovely dog, but also very strong and stubborn. I held him in my arms when he died, I got very attached to it. My mom also had a poodle and a yorkshire terrier, but that's not my definition of a dog. 🐶

Hi @AMIT GULATI Can you provide the generators of the structure you've build? How are your Insert and Extend generators configured? How do you want your structure to be organized? You'll need to decide on your top level: Do you want Teams or Programs to be on your top level?

Hi @brooke.clem By selecting the space(s) in the settings of the Decision report Macro, it will pull the decisions from all pages withing that space. Have you converted all of your pages in the Space to the new editor? See Insert the decision report macro for more information.

@Whitney Nicholes Thanks for your feedback. Of course, most clients will eventually choose a handful of must-have apps to enhance their workflows. To be honest, I couldn't do without some either. My go to source are the Marketplace Partners themselves. Furthermore, I'm subscribed to many YouTube channels of the respective…

Hi @Angus Smith There are no parent/child projects in Jira. What is the issue type for 'SmartMine Dev & Support'?
-
Adding a +1, experiencing the same.

Hi @Veerla, Siva Kedari Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If the Project Key was renamed in Server/Data Center, the old project key might still be referenced in the database of the source instance (Server/DC) and conflict with the target instance (Cloud). Are you migrating Server/DC projects to an existing Cloud instance?

Hi @Yatish Madhav Personally, I recommend against assigning a JSM request to the Reporter (i.e. portal-only or internal customer). Instead, use the correct workflow status (f.e. Waiting for customer) to indicate that you're pending customer action or feedback. The Assignee of a JSM request is the agent "owning" the issue,…

Then, I would recommend looking into the Forms for Confluence third-party app from Kolekti (part of The Adaptavist Group)
-
Hi @Dusan Djokic Welcome to the Atlassian Community! As you indicated yourself, you can share the direct portal link (instead of the help center link) to your managed customers, that is if there is a service project for each of your customer organizations.
-
You cannot display JSM Forms on a Confluence page directly for tracking purposes. Why not create a filter in JSM based on Reporter to check who has submitted the form?
-
Hi @Mahima Bhat welcome to the Atlassian Community! Forms are not a native feature in Confluence. There are third-party marketplace apps available though. Do you already have such an app installed on your instance? As a workaround, you could create a space template and have users create a new page. Each new page is a form…

I see. In Confluence Cloud, users can only see the spaces they have permission to access. When a user clicks on "View all spaces" in the navigation bar, they will only see the spaces where they have at least view access. If a user does not have permission to access a particular space, that space will not appear in the list…

Hi @Anoy Antony Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I just reproduced this and indeed, I would also expect issues with a resolution set to have a strike through. I propose to submit an in-product suggestion via Help > Feedback to get this to the attention of Atlassian.

Hi @hoc4hc Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To complete a sprint, you must be a Jira Administrator or a user with the Manage Sprints permission. Check out the following documentation article for more info: Complete a sprint

Hi @Amy Carey Automation currently has the following templates for databases: * Create a new database when page has content related to "project planning" * Create a new database when page has content related to "objectives and key results" * Create a new database when page has content related to "database" Furthermore,…

Hi @Sonia Pal welcome to the Atlassian Community! First of all, community members don't have access to your Statuspage settings. As I don't completely understand your question, this documentation article (and its child pages) might help you: Manage user accounts and authentication
-
Hi @Ashok Shembde ProTip: Don't create a JSM request via the Create button, but use the portal instead (like customers do). This option is only visible when using the Create button (being an JSM agent), and you can't remove it.
-
Hi @touchlineconnect Each public link corresponds to one content item only. If you turn on and share a public link for a content item that has any child items, the public link will only reveal the parent item, not any of the child items. To share the child items too, you’ll need to turn on their public links and share each…

Hi @Sathish Kumar welcome to the Atlassian Community! For company-managed projects, this core feature is enabled by default and can't be disabled. Components are listed in the DEVELOPMENT panel of the sidebar. Are you using a team-managed project?
-
True, that is a possible workaround, but it doesn't offer the same functionality as Jira Components do (component lead, default assignee)
-
Hi @Jimmy Seddon not an answer to your question, but just a short comment to say that I'm happy you've recovered and are well again. Take good self-care!
-
Or you just restrict the Delete Issues permission and don't grant it to users, only to admins.
-
Hi @Alina_Seitan-Todosiciuc , No, that isn't possible. Jira Components don't have a hierarchy, it's a single level.
-
Hi @Cynthia McGrath welcome to the Atlassian Community! First, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then try to login again with your work account (i.e. email address).
-
Hi @Sean Smith You could create an automation rule for this. Based on the customer's organization, change the value of the continent (in a custom field, type single select). This rule is then the trigger for another automation rule that assigns the issue based on the value change in that "continent" custom field.

Hi @Naomi Carey which third-party app are you using since you mention "gantt" in Confluence?
