Hi @Joni Johnson , This article may help with the use case: [How-to] Creating an idea intake process with JPD and JSM

Hi @Ian , Sorry for the delay on this question. Are you still experiencing this issue? Contributors should be able to add insights to ideas, as well add links to them. After testing and adding an insight as a contributor / reviewing the idea after refreshing the page, it saved as expected:
-
Hi @Yannick Haudry , Apologies on the delay here. Contributors should be able to sort the columns within the views, but it seems like you having (or had) a different experience? After testing as a contributor, I am able to sort any of the existing columns in a view (but as a contributor I am not able to add more fields…
-
Hi @Holly Holbrook , I know this question is a bit older, and maybe it's since been resolved, but you should be promoted to enter the required field(s) of the Epic when creating a delivery: Let us know if that is note the case.
-
@Seth Mason , I'm sorry but I cannot reproduce the issue you are facing. I even created a global label test field, and populated new labels / values with it - which appear when creating a new idea: It might be worth reaching out to JPD support for assistance either through: * within JPD under the Give Feedback tab >> Get…
-
Hi @Seth Mason , I am creating an idea using the Create button located next to the Apps tab. And the fields vary depending on the field-type: Your contributors can create an idea from any view, not just the New Ideas view. But again - they will need to create the idea within the project in order for the template to apply…

Hi @ariff.rizal , JPD does not have an integration with Microsoft Form at this time. Not sure if this recent article would be of any help, especially since it's related to JPD and not Microsoft Form: [How-to] Creating an idea intake process with JPD and JSM Realistically I think it would only be possible if Microsoft Form…

Hi @Jason Tatum , Roadmaps (Cross-Project Views) will be available with the Premium plan. It's currently in EAP with those who are also testing the EAP Premium plan. There is no firm ETA when both this feature and plan will be in GA, but we will be sure to share a post about it in our Community when it's ready! I'm also…

Hi @Marissa Moroz , Are you by chance using SSO? Customers recently reported some issues publishing views with stakeholders who had not signed up for an Atlassian account, and SSO was enabled in their JPD. If not, it might be worth reaching out to JPD support for additional assistance to troubleshoot this issue.
-
Hi @Seth Mason , I cannot seem to reproduce the issue you are currently facing. For example with the screenshots below, I have a global JPD field named Customer Name. It's appearing as expected when the same view (Template Testing) is applied to the Template, and trying to create an idea under the JPD project: Having said…
-
Hi @Yuliia Vyborova , You should be copying from the Trigger issue in the THEN condition, and not the Current issue for this type of automation. As for keeping both idea and delivery tickets aligned, you would need an automation designated for both directions - or realistically: * When delivery is created, map idea fields…
-
Hi @Liam Weston , This should be possible with JPD as well. You can create a board view that groups by the status(es) of your ideas. For example: Important to note - JPD projects are team-managed and each project manages its own workflow - so these statuses would need to be added into the project's workflow in order to…

Hi @Gustavo Lima Borges dos Santos , Are you referring to these Dashboards? This might be more related to Jira in general instead of JPD (which this question currently is opened under). Related page: Learn about Jira reports & dashboards

Hi @p_geremia , It's possible to bulk move ideas from project to project under the Filters tab. Having said that, we typically would suggest using the import functionality to move multiple ideas at once. This has a bit more flexibility and functionality compared to bulk moving ideas. You can easily map fields from Project…
-
Hi @Stefanie Ramsay , As @Gary Spross mentioned, the Premium plan will offer a Roadmaps (Cross-Project Views) feature which might meet your use case! With this you can share ideas among all your projects' views, and may be able to edit them too within each project (but I will need to confirm this from my end). You could…

You should be able to change the Access settings of a project on any JPD plan:
-
Hi @Nadja Moczko , Closest thing would be setting the project's Access to Private. Only users added under this tab would be able to open the project. They would not receive an email for being added to the project though. They would simply see it under their Projects tab within Jira.

Hi @[deleted] , I believe when a JPD idea creates a Jira delivery, you can select any of the available of issue types under the Jira project selected (Epic, Task, Bug, etc.). But I don't believe it's possible to create a subtask or child issue from a JPD idea since these are managed through the issue after the Jira issue…
-
Hi @Phillip Jones , What @Gary Spross shared should help. You can use an automation / JSON body like in that post, or below to map Jira delivery people-fields to JPD idea people-fields: { "fields": { "customfield_JPD": [ { "accountId": "{{triggerIssue.customfield_JIRA.accountId}}" } ] } } ^ Having said that, this has only…
-
Hi @Yuliia Vyborova , Can you share the THEN component of your automation? I believe you will want to Copy from Trigger issue if you do not have this selected. It's also typically best practice to map to the same field-types, otherwise there may be some unexpected behavior. It appears the "SPR or IPR" may be a single…
-
Hi @Dan Horsfall , Sorry for any inconvenience here. If I had to guess, it's probably an issue with the A4J user vs. the restriction of the project's Settings / Access. We've noticed some customers' A4J user not being granted JPD permission. This isn't so much a bug, but something we're working on correcting. Regardless,…
-
Hi @Zalak Patel , Can't say I've ever seen that before, nor thought it be possible since you cannot name a JPD field after any system field. It might be worth reviewing your JPD fields to see if there are two description fields, and editing the one that is not the system field. Otherwise feel free to open a ticket with the…
-
Hi @Yuliia Vyborova , I would suggest using a JQL with something like this to determined which idea(s) have a delivery linked: project = XYZ AND issueLinkType = "is implemented by" The link type between idea to delivery is "is implemented by" so this would pull all ideas that have a delivery. We're aware of the duplicate…
-
Thank you @Gary Spross and everyone for reporting this. We're currently investigating the issue and will be in touch soon.

Hi @jimmy.koutsoukis , Can you share any screenshots of what you are seeing? Personally I cannot reproduce it with some tests just now as shown below:
-
Hi @Yuliia Vyborova , This article may help clarify the auto-save toggle / feature a bit more: Use filters, advance sorting and autosave Autosave - This feature enables you to lock and unlock the settings you’ve configured in a view. This feature is useful for teams that collaborate in the same view and want to play around…
-
Hi @Lucia Guzman , Can you check again whenever you have the chance? I believe the deployment should be entirely completed. Please let us know whether or not you are still experiencing this issue or any unexpected behavior in general.
-
Hi @Matteo Pacenti , Unfortunately I don't think it's possible since formula fields are not support with automations, API, etc. - so there isn't a way to identify the field to copy over. I'll get this entered as a feature request in the meantime though.
-
Hi @Lucia Guzman , @Alexander Bechte , @Luke Thorogood , @HIROTA Takayuki_Ricksoft_ , Thank you once again for your patience on this! This issue should* be resolved now, and existing templates should be restored. *The entire deployment should be completed by Monday, but it's almost entirely rolled out. It's worth checking…
-
Hi @Luke Thorogood , I believe the Teams field will be available either this or next quarter. I don't have a firm ETA, but engineering did mention they are planning to have this field available with JPD. In the meantime I've added this Community questions as a +1 to existing (internal) feature request.
