Hi @Yuliia Vyborova , It's only possible to configure one JPD create idea form / template per project. I don't believe having the option to create more (let's say per view, or per issue-type) is something being added to the Premium plan, but we can certainly share your feedback and suggestion with engineering and product.

Hi Wendy, To clarify on deliveries a bit more, and what you've mentioned about your use case - it's not possible to create an idea through a delivery. Deliveries are specific to JPD, and these are either: * Created through the JPD idea, or * Linked to the JPD idea through the Delivery tab It is possible to link a JPD idea…
-
Hi @Wendy Grapentine , It should still be possible to link a resolved Jira issue to a JPD idea. I just tested through linking, as well as adding the Jira issue as a JPD delivery - and both worked as expected. What issue(s) are you running into when trying to link them? As well, which link-types are you attempting to link…

Hi @Caitlin , I believe we had some recent errors with adding insights through Slack, Salesforce, and some other 3rd party apps. This should be now corrected. If not - in the past we've seen some customers run into this issue and correct it by going to: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps Then under the Atlassian…

Hi @Tere Pile , Stakeholders are included with the Standard and Premium plans. There is a bit more functionality / permission Stakeholders have with the Premium plan which can be reviewed on our pricing page here: It's also mentioned in our Publish views documentation under the Enable user access to publishing views…
-
Hi @JUDY EDMONDS , Thank you very much for your feedback, I'll be sure to share this internally! There is a feature request for this functionality, and I'll add this as a +1 to it. As I mentioned in the other Community question you shared, JPD feature requests (and bugs) are internal at this time, and not publicly…
-
Hi @Michael Gardiner , Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Engineering confirmed the limit for ideas per project is 5000, so we've updated the limits documentation to reflect this. We do not have a way to increase this number at this time, so as you mentioned - the workaround might be to archive your ideas…
-
Hi @Maria Figueira , Stakeholders are including in the Standard and Premium plans. The Premium plan should be available later this year for GA, but only a select number of customers are currently in the EA program. So you would need to be on one of the paid plans in order to access the Stakeholder features and license.…
-
Hi @JUDY EDMONDS , JPD is not listed under JAC like other Atlassian products. We share all our releases in updates within the JPD Community like this recent one: More flexible timeline views are here!
-
Hi @Michael Mackuliak , Instead of bulk editing/moving the ideas, my personal suggestion would be to export/import the ideas from project to project via CSV. As you mentioned, the retain option does not always work as expected when moving ideas from project to project. Importing ideas to another project allows for a bit…

Hi @JUDY EDMONDS , Thank you for your feedback. We do already have an internal feature request entered for this functionality. That ticket for reference is: JPD-106; Ability to have manual automation trigger from within an idea As I mentioned, JPD feature requests (and bugs) are internal at this time, and not publicly…
-
Hi @Fletcher Simer , You have opened a question with Jira Product Discovery when asking if the use case is available in Jira Service Management or maybe Confluence. Not sure if that was intended, but JPD should be able to cover a lot of that use case. The discussion board could essentially be a JPD project where your users…
-
Hi @Michael Gardiner , Thank you for sharing that. I have reached out internally and will share any updates I receive whenever those become available. Sorry for any inconvenience here!
-
Hi @Tony Jones , As an FYI, I've moved this post from the JPD Questions tab to the JPD Discussions tab - as it seems more fitting and related. Best of luck!
-
Hi @Michael Gardiner , I don't believe there is any limit to the number of ideas per project, but I can confirm with engineering. What issues or errors are you having creating ideas? Maybe it's more of a performance thing if you have thousands of ideas in a view, and it's taking time for them to load? If there's any other…
-
Hi @Adrian.Lester , Neither of those are possible at this time unfortunately; typing in the value for a slider field, and switching a field type. If possible, please share this feedback within your JPD under the Give feedback tab so engineering and product are at least aware of these ideas! In the meantime, as you…
-
Hi @Rebecca Graf , Please share a screenshot of your configured automation. The JPD idea should link to the Jira delivery as "Implements," and the delivery should then be found in the idea's Delivery tab. Here are screenshots of the same automation previously shared, along with a test run just before this response: Feel…
-
Hi @Rebecca Graf , Yes I believe that should be possible with something like this is as the main trigger instead: ^ Where the automation is scheduled to run daily (or depending on your use-case). Notice I also added a JQL to specify that this automation only executes for my JPD project / ideas - which will help narrow down…
-
Hi @Rebecca Graf , An automation like that one below should work for the use case - which uses multiple IF / ELSE components to map each JPD status to Jira status: 1) WHEN: Issue transitioned 2) IF / ELSE * Status = "JPD status A" 3) Branch rule / related issues * Type of related issues = Linked issues * Link types = is…
-
Hi @Rebecca Graf , I think an automation like the one below should work for your use case: 1) WHEN: Issue Transitioned to (select your workflow's / idea's status) 2) AND IF: Issue fields condition (select your Bucket field = Initiative) 3) AND IF: Related issues condition * Related issues = Linked issues * Link types =…

Hi @Wendy Grapentine , JPD and Confluence don't necessarily have a prebuilt integration, but we see some customers pasting a view's link into a Confluence page to populate a preview! For more on this in general: Improvements to Atlassian links Changes cannot be made in Confluence to reflect back in JPD, but any changes…
-
Thank you @Tan !! I was unaware of that, and apologize for my previous response. Did not realize the JPD idea would link to the Jira issue when the Jira issue is added as an insight to the JPD idea. Context for the Community:
-
Hi @Sara Oliveira Moura , Linking a Jira, JSM, Confluence or other Atlassian link to an insight isn't considered a linked issue at this time. Although some customers leverage insights in a similar way, for your use case - it might make sense to create a new link-type (such as Feature Request), and link the two that way.…
-
Hi @Sławomir Jałoszyński , It sounds somewhat similar of an issue to this other Community question trying to do something similar. As I mentioned in that same question: We've noticed some customers' A4J user not being granted JPD permission. This isn't so much a bug, but something we're working on correcting. Regardless,…
-
Hi @Dave Coop , No real update on this, just that it's been reported to engineering and product. The more I think about this, the more I believe it might be by design since only creators can edit / assign a user to the Assignee field. Contributors would run into issues selecting this field when creating an idea. I agree it…
-
Hi @PATRICIA MURPHY , Do you have access to the Jira project / issues that the deliveries were created under? My guess would be some sort of permission issue related to Jira instead of JPD since you are the project admin for the JPD project.
-
Hi @Amy Chang , You can change the project's template at any time, and it will apply to new ideas created moving forward. But it does not affect already created ideas, meaning it does not apply retroactively.
-
Hi @Joni Johnson , Apologies. I thought the workflow was JSM >> JPD, but it sounds like it's the other way around for JPD >> JSM. This should still be possible. I wrote an article recently that should help share some insight into how this is possible: Mapping JPD idea fields → Jira delivery fields using automations…
-
Hi @LG , JPD does offer custom formulas which may help your use case. There's a few different types such as weighted scores or even write your own formula that can take the value of multiple fields and calculate a total which helps determine which ideas have a greater impact based on the score. For example, a lot of…
-
Hi @testpinaack , Not entirely sure that is possible with a weighted score, especially since these types of formulas can only have a field entered once as an a positive/negative input, and doesn't have the option to account for IF/THEN clauses like you shared. I also think you may run into problems with this since weight…
