Hi @King_ Lee, There actually is a way to clone multiple issues at once without using an app. If you clone a parent item that has sub-tasks, you have the option to include all children (sub-tasks) in your clone. However, that function is quite limited. Automation flows is another option that comes out of the box. For more…

Hey @Greg O Welcome to Atlassian Community! I had this issue as well recently on our demo site, for several days. After contacting support, they told me that Jira had been deactivated. So the message with scheduled maintenance is misleading. You could check if your products are still active. Maybe they are deactivated as…

Hey @Diane Janke You could try to add the sprint value as smart value to the labels field, something like this

Hey @Thorben Blauhut It is probably an issue with board configuration and the status ready is not mapped to any column. Items show up in active sprints if they are assigned to a sprint, and in backlog if they aren't. The issues which don't show on the active sprints tab are in a status that is not assigned to any column.…

You can use this api I linked. As jql parameter you add the query for the issues you need and then add the parameter fields=timetracking to retrieve information about ours logged on the issues.

Hi @İclal Aslan, Welcome to the community! The REST API you are using has been deprecated and now removed from Jira. You have to migrate everything to this new search api: target=_blankhttps://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-search/#api-rest-api-3-search-jql-get It looks similar and most…

Hey @Alejandro K_ Brown Welcome to the community! Can you post a screenshot of such a success email from Jira automation? As Mathew said, the one you included in your question is a standard project notification. I only know the emails when an Automation fails, so I am wondering how a success email looks like.

Hey @Trudy P Claspill You are right, that is exactly what you already suggested. Sorry, I didn't want to just repeat that. I should have read your answer completely first ;-)

Hi @Jahnavi V, similar to what @Matteo Vecchiato wrote, you could also add an additional project where you link the location with the installed software version. Each location has an issue with a field filled with the installed version. Whenever a new version is installed, the respective issue gets updated. After complaint…

Hey Zoe, you could probably use Jira Automation rules to do that. A scheduled rule could create an epic each quarter. You can define the summary with smart values to have the name of the quarter included. Moving the items in epic to the new one could also be done by an automation changing the parent field to the newly…

I really like this overview and I use it very often. It is a great addition to Jira Software projects. Especially as many users aren't familiar with creating filters and dashboards to get an overview of what is going on in Jira, such an overview provides those insights out of the box. However, what I still miss is such an…

Well done @Piotr Zadrożny _Eyzee_ I am always impressed that you can find a workaround for nearly everything with Automation for Jira. I use it as well daily and figured out that you can do such great things with it. However, it also can become complicated and requires a skilled Jira admin to set it up. And also maintain…

Hi everyone, just came across this post. I am co-founder of ij-solutions and developed this little app during this years Codegeist hackathon: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226657/content-toolbox-for-confluence-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud Maybe it can solve your problem as you can do, beside other things,…

Hi @[deleted] ok, if your signature is always the same or similar you can use the split approach as well. Regarding your question I can say that we had such requests from users as well but I didn't find any solution to implement something like that. Maybe you can write the email contents to a file on the server and then…

Hi @[deleted] sure, here is an example of how the remove everything from the body starting from string "From: ": if(body.toString().indexOf("From: ")!=-1){ if(body.toString().indexOf("From: ")!=0){ body = body.toString().substring(0, body.toString().indexOf("From: ")) } } It also considers that "From: " can't be at the…

Hi @[deleted] I tried the same with the email history and wanted to cut that off. However, this is had to be done by some string processing and looking for keywords like "From: " and it is not the best working solution. But if the footer and signature is always looking similar you can try to search the mail body for…

Hi, it looks like you have installed Profields. In their latest version you can make a setting to replace the common View all Projects listing with a link to the project navigator. Maybe that is causing to make it appear twice after the update.

Hi, on Jira Server we are using Dynamic Forms for such purposes. But unfortunately it is not available for Jira Cloud. It is also possible by adding some frontend JavaScript. I did that some time ago with Script Fragments from Scriptrunner. As far as I know this is also available in Jira Cloud. But I am not sure if that…

For synchronization between two Jira instances you will need an app doing the integration. I don't have any experience with that but there is for example backbone issue sync for Jira which should do exactly what you want to do. Second possiblity is using another application doing the integration. I know Takstop integration…

Hey Matt, we just released an app which adds the functionality to clone an epic with all issues in epic: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220519/epic-clone Maybe you can give it a try as long as there isn't any progress from Atlassian on this - it's free ;-) I would appreciate your feedback on this app.
