Hi @[deleted] - Welcome to the Statuspage community! 1. Users are subscribers on an audience specific page. They will be notified whenever an incident occurs. Users are also added to Groups so they can only see certain components/services being updated. They are able to sign in via SSO to see the page. Team members on the…

Hi @Joey Recio - Welcome to the Statuspage community! You can solve this by using custom code found on our css and javascript document: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/css-and-javascript-snippets-for-customizations/ The "Changing the subscribe button" section provides CSS and JS code that allows you to hide…

Hi @gavin.langford - There currently isn't a workaround for using APM to update components. Using New Relic Synthetics is the only option for alert parsing. If you open up a ticket with us here, we're happy to create a feature request for your use case.
-
Hi @Mohammad Razian - Welcome to the Statuspage community! We don't provide code examples for these use cases since we recommend a front end developer on the customer's side take on these type of projects. You should be able to check your Statuspage's div containers in your browsers "Developer Console" to see how you can…
-
@Philip Colmer - Glad you were able to find the root cause! Let me know if I can help with anything else.
-
Hi @[deleted] - Thanks for reaching out! We don't have any examples of these type of layouts from a code perspective since we recommend our customers have a front end developer on their side handle heavy customizations. One thing I will say is you'll need to leverage CSS border and padding properties to accomplish the grid…

Hi @Philip Colmer - Thanks for reaching out! If you could provide a screenshot of an example of what you're seeing, I can try to further investigate. Providing your API request will help as well. Also, if you'd like Statuspage support to take a look at your account, you can always open up a ticket…

Hi @Petr Knyttl - Modifying the content in the div container could be difficult with what you're trying to achieve. The best way to change your page's entire timezone would be from "Your page" > "Page info". There currently isn't a workaround to scheduling a maintenance per region using separate timezones. You can only use…

Hi @Suryakant Gahlot - The CSV file needs to be in a specific format to avoid any errors when importing your users. Adding a column with notes could cause an error when trying to upload the file. If you'd like, you can use a separate copy of the file that will not be uploaded to add a column with remarks in it. Hope this…

Hi @crevell - Thanks for reaching out! You're correct in regard to Jira server not having this functionality. A work around would be to use Opsgenie as middleware to send incidents and updates to Statuspage based on Jira tickets that create Opsgenie alerts. You can find information on the Opsgenie Jira integration…
-
Hi @lkao - If you have a Private or Audience specific page, any page viewer who has permissions to view the page will be able to use the "Subscribe to Updates" feature. Page viewers will need to authenticate via SSO or get access by IP allowlisting to be able to subscribe. Regarding your logged-in experience use case, you…
-
Hi @Cushla - You can leverage Opsgenie's stakeholders and Statuspage's subscribers to accomplish this. Within Opsgenie, you can have incidents create alerts that would trigger a Statuspage incident. You would need to use this workflow since Opsgenie incidents currently does not directly create Statuspage incidents. Once…

@lkao - Just to clarify, you would need to own the hosted zone in your DNS provider in order to set this type of custom domain. For example, if your company owns the hosted zone "login.acme.com", you can set a CNAME record specifically for Statuspage. It can get complicated if you have an account under a company like…
-
Hi Ryan - Unfortunately, HTML tags aren't able to be used on the Startup plan and there currently aren't any workarounds. You would need to upgrade to the Business plan to use this feature.
-
Ikao - This should be possible. Take note you're only able to use custom domains on Private/Audience Specific pages if you don't use SSO. If you do go down this route, you would need to add the domains(ie login.acme.com/status) as a CNAME record in your DNS provider with the values we provide. Once you set the correct…

Hi Akhil - Welcome to the Statuspage community! We strongly recommend against using distribution lists for subscriptions. The reason is that any recipient on the distribution list would have the unsubscribe button, and clicking it would remove the entire distro list. There currently isn't a way to disable the unsubscribe…
-
@Sriram PH - No problem! To hide the slack option, you can go to your "Subscribers" tab > Click on the "Options" dropdown and choose "Settings". You will see the option to disable the Slack subscription.
-
Hi @Sriram PH - There currently isn't a CSS/Javascript solution to this. As a workaround, you can add your support link in the "Support URL" field found at "Your page" > "Page info". This will show up as an option in the subscription dropdown: Hope this helps!

Hi @Rune Rimmereide Nilsen - Great question. Unfortunately, this isn't a feature that we currently have and there aren't any workarounds that I know of other than manually adding the maintenance schedule. I am not certain this feature will be implemented in the future, but we will most definitely send out email…

Hi @Michael Thompson , that's odd. It may be best to reach out to support in a ticket for us to further assist. I've provided a link to create a ticket below: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Hi @Michael Thompson you may need to reach out to your Sys admin to see if anything is blocking the chat icon if there are other colleagues not able to see the icon. Anyone should be able to see the chat icon.
-
Hi @Daniel_Leite currently this isn't possible. We do have a feature request regarding customizing the priority. I will add you to that. What you can do is add emojis in the description and message of the alert.
-
Hi @[deleted]- Great question. You can use Incident rules to accomplish this. This is configured under a team's Services. In the incident rule, you can configure a filter that will allow an incident to be created, and aggregate similar alerts if the specified conditions match.…
-
Just to be clear, in this use case, it would be best to have multiple Jira integrations for each team. This way, each team will have a Jira ticket created for the specified project key.
-
Hi @Mike T., you can assign a Jira integration for each team. This way, when a specific alert is created, that team will have a Jira ticket created for their project. Does this work for your use case?
-
Hi @Mithlesh sharma - The on-call users would need separate schedules based on timezones. If you create an alert and would like to simultaneously notify certain users in different time zones, you need to make sure the users' on-call times overlap, and you need to delay the notifications until their on-call schedule starts…
-
Hi @Amit Kumar - We do have a feature request regarding Custom CNT Notifications that aligns with the use case you suggested. I will make sure to add you to it. Thanks for your feedback!
-
Hi @Ivan Stanlley P Juan - Currently there isn't an API that associates an alert to an incident. When an alert is created that matches an incident rule of a service, it will automatically be associated with the related incident.
-
Hi @Adam Chasen - Is this occurring with your Work profile? Thanks for providing this information.
-
Hi @Alex - it looks like Azure Application Insights is not one of the Azure integrations provided in Opsgenie. Just to check to see if there is any information on the data sent, can you take a look at your logs in Opsgenie?
