The team has added a lot of features from feedback we've taken about the new issue view, and this is one of them. @Lucy Peskett You can actually change the issue type of an issue by clicking on the top left. See one of my previous comments for a screenshot.

@Victor Martins You can find your workflow transition buttons in the status dropdown. Just select the down arrow on a status and you should be able to see all available transitions. Let me know if this helps, or if you're looking for something else.
