Hi Juna, My name is Henri and I’m a support engineer here at Easy Agile. Thanks for reaching out directly to the Easy Agile support team as well to share a screenshot of the specific problem. I've provided more information in the support ticket regarding your specific case. On the User story map page in the Easy Agile…

Hi @Nirmal Swaminathan My name is Henri and I’m a support engineer at Easy Agile. Currently in Easy Agile Programs, you can only schedule a roadmap-level issue in one team's swimlane, or in the "Shared team features" swimlane. * I've passed your request to plan features for more than one team, but not all teams like the…

Hi R, Easy Agile Programs uses Jira boards to pull issues into a Program. * A board can contain issues from more than one Jira project, but boards on Jira Cloud have a "home" project. You can check which Jira boards are used in the app by checking the Edit Program menu for each Program. The configuration for each Program…

Do you have any advice for testing this? I'd like to send an email that triggers a fail condition so I can see what the experience will be like for our customers. I tried to trigger the 25MB limit. Gmail won't let me add >25MB of attachments, but my email with a 24.6MB attachment was 33.7MB in total. It didn't trigger a…

I would also like to know if there is any training or reference material coming for this change, for: * Cloud users getting swapped to the new nav * Users who have been migrated from Data Center and need to learn the new nav (unlike the old Cloud nav, the new Cloud nav is drastically different from the Data Center UI)…

Hi @Nava Bar-Sagi My name is Henri and I’m a support engineer here from Easy Agile, the team behind the Easy Agile TeamRhythm app. It isn't currently possible to see extra fields on Epics on the User story map. I've passed your request on to our product team! We don't have a timeline for this improvement right now, but…

Thanks for the shoutout @Clark Everson! My name is Henri and I work at Easy Agile. Our app Easy Agile TeamRhythm displays epics and issues from your Jira board in a "User story map" layout: a row of epics across the top, and their child issues in columns beneath them. You can then add horizontal swimlanes based on sprints…

Hi @Manuel Michel My name is Henri and I’m a support engineer at Easy Agile. I can see you've got a trial for the Easy Agile TeamRhythm app. There's no Standard/Premium plans for apps at this time. I can see the screenshot shows Premium listed as the plan for the host Jira Cloud site. The TeamRhythm app itself isn't a…

Hi @Châu Nguyễn You're correct that it is not possible to change the Roadmap issue source after a Program is created. In order to switch to "Jira epics from my team boards" so that the app can assign epics to the correct team swimlanes, you would need to create a new Program. Kind regards, Henri, Support Engineer @ Easy…
-
Hi @Châu Nguyễn I'm sorry that the default swimlane for date-synced issues is causing problems for you and your teams. Can you please share what Roadmap issue source is configured for this Program? * If this is set to "Jira epics from my team boards", the app should be able to automatically add date-synced issues to the…

@Alex Chiu I'm glad to hear that the Atlassian support team will be able to troubleshoot issues with both deferred and non-deferred versions of the product. However, how will support teams outside Atlassian be able to troubleshoot these situations? As a Marketplace Partner, Easy Agile's support team needs to troubleshoot…

New colours and other visual adjustments are being rolled out gradually. I believe its part of the "brand refresh" announced at Team '24. I've seen the new colours and icons turning up in Jira almost randomly: bits and pieces changed, different on different pages, and sometimes switching back to the old version. It's…

It's now early 2025. Can we please have an update on the timeline and how this will be rolled out? I work in support for Jira users and also manage user documentation. I'll need to be ready to communicate with users about this change as it happens!
-
Hi @Sinead Horsfall I'm not familiar with that plugin. To get the right answer, you might have to contact their support team directly! Looks like that's Catapult Labs, LLC. Henri

Hi @Marc Rigby We don't have any updates on this feature, but we are currently exploring improvements to how incomplete actions are surfaced for teams. If you're an Easy Agile TeamRhythm user, we'd love your feedback in user interviews or prototype testing! Reach to us here to connect with our product research team. We…

I understand that folks who agree with the change don't often comment on posts like this, but I might feel less apprehensive about this change if I could see any positive opinions for "item" / "work item" or stats on users preferring it.

Hi Kristin, What's the timeline for this beta program? This post mentions it's coming "soon" to Jira. I understand admins can sign up now; will they get the beta shortly after signing up, or will it be released in the next couple of weeks? Kind regards, Henri, Support Engineer @ Easy Agile

@Rune Rasmussen the UI on the issue view is this other change that's being gradually deployed at the moment: Quick Add Menu is Getting Decluttered
-
The new issue search always truncates the Labels list, no matter how wide the column is. You can only see one label; if there are others, it just displays "+n". You can click this for a specific issue to see the rest of the labels for that one issue. I want to be able to skim through a list of issues by looking at their…

Thanks @Walter Buggenhout , that explains why I couldn't find it when I was looking for a JSM Cloud backlog issue!

@James Hendrix Jira doesn't include an inbuilt user story map tool. To view and build a user story map with Jira issues, you'll need a separate app. I'd recommend checking out apps on the Atlassian Marketplace for user story mapping! * Article author @Liam Do - DevSamurai works for DevSamurai, the team behind the app Agile…

The words I've most heard folks use colloquially in place of issue are "a ticket" and "a Jira". I don't think "ticket" is used for anything else, and it would probably be an easy transition for most people!
-
> Remember that one of the agile values is "Commitment". @Danut M _StonikByte_ what does "Commitment" mean in an agile context here? Is this an interpretation of the Agile Manifesto or its 12 principles? Or another school of agile thought?
-
@Sirisha Karavadi is this question about the 403 error described in this thread? If users encounter the 403 error, they can't submit a ticket so there's no status to see. If you have questions about the normal (non-erroring) operation of JSM, I recommend posting a new question in the Atlassian Community about that topic.…

Hi Chip, I’m reaching out to let you know we’ve added issue flags from Jira to the Easy Agile TeamRhythm app. Issue cards on the User story map will now display in yellow with a red flag icon, matching the display on Jira’s backlog. This latest update also includes dependency lines on the User story map. More information…

We've now added dependency lines to the User story map! This visualises issue links between the cards to help you see how work connects. More information about this update is available here. The app has also been renamed from “Easy Agile User Story Maps” to “Easy Agile TeamRhythm”. It now includes a Retrospective page in…

We've seen this 403 error from time to time on our customer portal as well. Our settings are: * JSM project -> Customer permissions -> Channel access: Open * JSM Cloud global config -> Customer access -> Portal access: "Allow customers to create accounts", and "Customers can access... without logging in" checked Users…

That's correct: a Saved View only includes settings from the Filters drawer. If you've configured a third level of hierarchy, other users will need to toggle that third level issue type on in the Layout menu to see it. Saved views are set for each Jira board. This means that if you have more than one board in your Jira…

Hi @Rosa Maria Figueras Ferrer Thanks for confirming this request is for Easy Agile TeamRhythm. I've passed your feedback on to our product team, with a vote on your behalf for this functionality. While we don't currently have a timeline for this, we'll let you know if we have any updates on the topic! Kind regards, Henri,…

Hi @paulacruickshank It sounds like you’re using the User Story Map page added to your Jira board by the Easy Agile TeamRhythm app! My name is Henri and I’m a support engineer at Easy Agile. With Saved Views, anyone on your Jira board can create a new Saved View made of in-app filters. * Views you create will be under “My…
