Hi @serge calderara Yay, sounds like your team is heading down a great path. My entire company keeps all of our information in Confluence, and it's amazing to see how easy it is to work together and learn. One thing I would suggest you keep in mind is content reuse. Avoid rewriting knowledge by writing it only once and…

If you're looking to make the content available publically, you could try my team's app Scroll Viewport. You can customize many aspects of the theme to fit your brand. Here's an example: https://k15t.scrollhelp.site/scroll-viewport/
-
Hi @Lysa Dumoulin You could also try out my teams' app, Scroll Viewport. With it, you can publish the content of one or more spaces to a customizable help center site. We're using it for our help site for the app: https://k15t.scrollhelp.site/scroll-viewport/
-
Hi @Marina Albacar In Confluence Server, you could use my teams' app Scroll Versions, which gives this information: https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs/content-reuse/enhance-content-reuse-with-scroll-versions On Confluence Cloud, there's no way to do this that I know of. Perhaps you could go to all pages that have included…

Hi @Bölcs Andrej While it doesn't change the way the editor appears while writing, my team's app, Scroll PDF Exporter, has a visual template builder, so you can control exactly how the content will look when it's exported. Let me know if you want to see it in action.
-
@Dennis Scroll Viewport comes with a customizable documentation theme, or you could create a custom one. I would guess you could recreate the Read the Docs theme.
-
@John Roberts-Davies I'm going beyond my depth here, but perhaps this is related to the caching configuration on the server running Confluence. Perhaps the cache needs to be flushed so users aren't brought to the login page first.
-
In Server, you could have used a CSS hack, but I don't know of a way in Confluence Cloud.
-
Yeah, the Numbered Headings app is the only solution I know of.
-
Hey @Radha Devaraj Nice to have you here! You can certainly create documentation portals in Confluence, here's my team's help center, which we made with Confluence using our Scroll apps. The general structure is that documentation for each product is in a separate space. We then grouped all those spaces into a help center…
-
In regard to bringing the documentation together in one place, maybe you could do some content reuse to keep it where people are used to reading it, but also have one centralized place to maintain it: https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs/content-reuse
-
You can do this in my team's app Scroll PDF Exporter. Let me know if you want to see how, we'd be happy to show you.
-
Hi @Cauê Napier ThinkTilt's documentation is a good example of documentation written in Confluence Cloud, but there are currently some limitations with what you can customize. My team has actually been working on a cloud version of our app, Scroll Viewport. With this app, you can customize a totally separate theme from the…
-
Hi @Bruiz As far as I know, your page titles should display. Our help center is made up of several anonymous spaces and Scroll Viewport. All page titles display without issue. Are you using some sort of theme? I'm curious if that's blocking the display of the titles for some reason.
-
Hi @Andrew Zimmerman You could achieve something similar with my teams' app, Scroll Viewport. With it, you can create a unique view of your content with a theme that's totally separate from the Confluence UI.
-
@John Roberts-Davies Sounds like maybe you've enabled anonymous access for the instance, but not the specific space: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-public-access-156.html Also, if you'd like to provide a help center experience vs. the Confluence…

Now that WOULD be a wild ride. 🤣 Nope, we're just sharing the ride.
-
@Miranda_Reshaw I think Comala Document Management will help you with the first two needs.
-
@Mel_Evans No, not dumb at all. This has been my experience as well. I don't know of a way to hide these on the All Spaces view. 😞
-
We've been writing lots of blog posts. 🙃 I've had a teammates get married, join the team, troubleshoot their unreliable internet connection, get ready to move, and get read to have a baby. All have blogged about it, which has been awesome for us all to celebrate together. 💬I've noticed inline comments have become great…
-
@sri n First off: Yay! This is a fantastic decision. Get ready to through away the silos that SharePoint and Teams create and get everyone sharing information. To replace how you're using lists, you may want to use Jira. It's but for maintaining projects and working tickets through workflows. The content in Library will be…

@Eva Reiterer All There is Edubright, but this seems to entail much more than you're looking for: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/28320/gilly-lms-app-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
-
@Elaine Foley Maybe an app like this one would be helpful: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214048/content-rating-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview
-
@Dima Mineva You should be able to do this with just one viewport. As long as your reviewers are logged into Confluence and have View permission in the space, they'll see all versions that are set to be visible publicly as well as those only visible to authors.

I think this is the same issue: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/I-am-stuck-on-Windows-7-I-chose-new-navigation-in-Confluence-and/qaq-p/1369019

@Steven_D_Bramley This seems to be the same issue: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/New-Feature-Pop-up-Can-t-Be-Closed/qaq-p/1371151

@Nick Sills Glad it's sorted. You can also drop us a question at support@k15t.com. We're here to help. Out of curiosity, what's the URL for your help site? Always curious to see what folks are building with our apps. 🙂

@Tom Bowden and @Jozias Machado I just saw that video as well! I agree, I think they're just using emoji in the page title. While it looks great in the video, I'm not sure how that will affect the pages. The URLs will just be IDs, because you're using a special character. This may of my not be a bad thing. It's hard to…

@Vlado Yes, your customized view, which is available at whatever customer URL you set, is unaffected by updates. Here's a look at the Help Center Theme, which most teams are using today: https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs/publishing/create-a-help-center-with-scroll-viewport
-
@Vlado You could use one of these apps to fully control the way Confluence looks: * Scroll Viewport (made by my team) * Refined for Confluence (made by another great team)
