We just made a little 1 minute video on how to import a document into Confluence: https://youtube.com/shorts/juxT-cKDgJk Might be helpful for sharing with teammates.

We had fun making a little video update on where we are with this feature, in case you're looking for something quickly shareable for teammates: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/FzWqjGDsiSM

Ahhh, that's music to my ears! Thanks @Andre Mauritz! Keep these kinds of improvements coming. Love it!
-
This looks great @Lingyang Zhu! I love how accessible these once very hidden features will be! Can't wait to get it in our Confluence. Also, made a quickly sharable video about all the excitement, https://youtube.com/shorts/i81MSyLLsfw

Thanks for sharing this @Cindy Ji, I've been excited about this feature for a LONG TIME now. 🙂 Also, we just had to make a short little sharable video about it: https://youtube.com/shorts/i81MSyLLsfw

I'm absolutely loving this improvement. Time to get rid of some of my email inbox filters! Here's a quick, easily shared, video recap of this latest improvement! https://www.youtube.com/shorts/jNgYTJJlQcY

This is a great little improvement! @Andre Mauritz just to be clear: Can I still transition a status from the card view even if there's a transition screen? If that's the case, I feel like that would break the team's workflow (the way they work, not the workflow feature in Jira) because required fields on the transition…

@Pete Mize We JUST got it in my instance and that seems to be the case. @Cindy Jimaybe you'll want to clarify this in the article. 😉
-
@Pete Mize I'm wondering if this is just in the case of when a page owner who's not an admin transfers ownership. Because once they're not an owner, they have no permissions to do change the owner. I'd guess site and space admins won't experience this.
-
@marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- Based on "You can also review ownership and creator history for any page via this menu." I'm guessing that creator will remain the same and owner is just a new role in the page history.

Well this is nice! Great work @Tiffany Chung and team!
-
Well, well, well @Jonno Katahanas, Whiteboards seems like a real winner! Can't wait to get my hands on the beta. Kudos to the team!
-
Wow! This is a seemingly small change that makes a big difference! Thanks for Improving existing features like this!

Hey @Diego Fernandez Llorente your Confluence admin will also have to enable a global permission to make anonymous access work. You can learn more here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-public-access-156.html Just keep in mind that anonymous access means anyone from the Internet can access your space, not…

It’s not a bug, it’s a special feature 😉

This is really cool @Alex Chiu I love release notes, but I also realize how hard it is to keep track of them as their spread out all over the place. As an app partner, one immediate thought I have is how this could be improved to include the release notes for app updates as well. You could use an iFrame or a protocol like…

Hi @Eimear Kerr, yes it is. But we’re excited to hear from the Confluence team that they’re working on support for custom domains, but the implementation seems a bit strange. I think this will be better, for sure, but it still won’t be as flexible as a fully custom domain like you can achieve using Scroll Viewport.
-
Hi @Filippo Abbondanza, while you can’t restrict content for anonymous users, my team’s app Scroll Viewport might help. With it, you can publish one or more spaces as a help center site. You can enable authenticated access to require people log in using a SAML provider or using unique tokens you share with your users.…

Hi @sridhar vaidyanathan, unfortunately, this type of chart isn’t supported in Confluence. You can check out my team’s video to see the possible chart types you can create. For this type of chart, you’ll need to check out an advanced charts app on the Atlassian Marketplace.
-
Tasks, you made it to the big time! Thanks @Kai Chen
-
@Nikki Hailey, sure thing! There is a cost for sure, so we can provide our great support and updates, but your team won't have to do any guesswork on those. They're listed right on our marketplace app listings: * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217608/scroll-documents-for-confluence?tab=pricing&hosting=cloud *…
-
Hey @Nikki Hailey, my team makes an app called Scroll Documents that we use to manage this type of content. With Scroll Documents, you can select the pages in your space that you want to be part of your “document”, which you can then version and publish to another space all together. You can also manage multiple variants…

This looks pretty awesome @Christina Ristevski! It'd be fun to a make a video or two about Fabric. ;)

Better navigation? It's like you read my mind. I love writing on my iPad and this just makes it better.

Hey Andrew, It looks like you might be using an app that’s inserting this table of contents.

Thanks @Randy O'Neal! This one includes weeks of research and a tricky recording process. Big thanks to all the data scientists out there who've shared so many valuable insights. ❤️
