Hi Vibhu, You can start by free certifications provided by Atlassian University and then also learn the free courses as well. Start preparing for interview then. After few interviews you come to know if certification is necessary or not, only knowledge will work. If need you can always go for paid certifications as well…

I agree with you @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM Everyone is using Agile but with they have there own modified way of using. Even it's varying with project to project as well. Everyone's focus is on delivery only and I always have doubt that do they care about quality or not?
