yep, you're right. was able to use it by getUserByKeyEvenWhenUnknown instead of getUserByName

Hi Florian, It's been a while, but just for the sake of other seeking, your problem is in this string: def myAttrValue = objectFacade.loadObjectAttributeBean(myObjectBean.getId(), 1293).getObjectAttributeValueBeans()[0] [0] means get the first object from the pile. Good luck

Apparently JIRA DB has its limits, especially on Oracle. Couple of my Table Grid custom fields had configuration exceeding limit for genericconfiguration table xmlvalue field. After reducing its length to <4000 I was able to upgrade. 

Proxy timeouts is what was causing issues. Direct connect to JIRA solved the issue

That's what i was doing actually, i was running them one by one. I was able to get results and fixed error from RelatedOSWorkflowEntry But still can't do anything for the remaining three.
