It is really strange, because you can configure the similar setting in 3 places: - Configure time tracking - Configure working days on boards (different types) - Create and edit SLA calendars 1st, I think, that you have out-of-box configurations. 2nd, 3rd - it doesn't matter in our current case. Try to check another…

Hi, @Martin Hemi ! Welcome to the Community! It really looks like an Anchor macro. Also you can try an Excerpt Include Macro , it is a bit different, but can help you too.

Nikki, thanks for sharing! well structured and useful! 🤩

Hi @yaro.tarasov ! You can create an automation rule for this case. Here an official documentation: - Jira Cloud automation - Create and edit Jira automation rules Best regards, Alexander
-
Hi @Ravina ! Got your case, thanks! I'm not sure, but I think it is possible using out-of-box Automation. You need 3 fields: - start vacation date (customfield_20001) - end vacation date (customfield_20002) - vacation duration (business days) Then create a rule with trigger "Issue created", then action "Edit issue field",…

Hi @[deleted] ! Try something like this: "Request Type" = "PRISM Incident (ITS)" AND status in ("With Change Team")
-
Not sure if this is possible in Cloud.

Do you use any extra apps? Do you have Cloud or Data Center?
-
Hi @Ashwin Pandagre ! it depends on field’s type and validator that you use. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/using-validators-with-custom-fields-938847524.html

Hi @Ravina ! I agree with @Pramodh M , it sounds nice. But what is your question? Have you already done somethig? Do you have any difficulties?
-
Hi @Matthew Stedman ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I want to recommend you the Community video library and an article - Understanding issue types in Jira , that helps you to understand Jira's out-of-the-box issue hierarchy. You can also find a comfortable app for your case on the Atlassian Marketplace. For example,…

Hi, @Gohil Jay , do you have any updates?
-
yes, you can add comment /change status / edit field - after that issue will be re-indexed. So, if you can't see it on your board - problem with your filter. To configure it we should see filter-query and screen of issue. Idea B - Do you use Kanban board? Have you configured there sub-filter?
-
Hi, @Gohil Jay ! Like told Fabio - try to re-index your issue. To do it just add a comment there (current issue will be reindexed). Can you show screens with your board's filter and screen with your issue? Maybe something wrong. Thanks.
-
Thanks, Bryan!

Hi, @Adam Dobiáš ! I've found the similar question with answer from Atlassian Team: This issue usually appears when you don't have a license for the product you are trying to access, for example, if someone adds a license for Confluence only, if you access Jira you will see this message. Can you please go to Administration…

Wow! Interesting program!

Sounds interesting, thanks for sharing! Do you have any plans to make an app for DC / Server?
-
Hi, @Ashraf ! If I correctly understand your case you should change the number of completed issues in your plan. The reason you can find here - How Advanced Roadmaps handles completed and resolved issues : Advanced Roadmaps refers to a different field — the Status category change date — to define completed issues. By…
