Hello, @Ml Ml ! Welcome to the Community! Of course Atlassian stack can help you: - for Customer-portal and 1st line(2nd line) support you can use Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk); - also you can set up knowledge base in Confluence (here you can find recommendations about using Jira Service Management and…

Hi, @Eunice Lin ! This is a very interesting and difficult question! Its complexity lies in the fact that there is no single approach to the organization of work. Every organization is unique, and the teams within it can also vary greatly, this is what makes the task interesting In our company, we also face such a task (we…

Hi, @Alex Laurent ! It's a pity you had to face difficulties and remake your work several times. Could you describe your actions in more detail, preferably with step-by-step screenshots. I'll try to play it myself and then I’ll raise the request to Atlassian Support. We can try to fix everything with you, don't worry.

Hi, Alessandro. The order of tasks in the backlog is achieved using the Rank field. Importantly, the task rank refers to tasks, not boards, that is, by moving the task within the backlog of one board you can have an impact on the backlog of other boards. For more information you can see the Atlassian doc.
-
Hi, Daniel. Thank you for the information, now I'll know. Do you have any plans to officially document this point?
-
Try to raise request with : “My account -> Update account contact details” and set your “Atlassian URL”. Support can check you status and support level. And of course help you or recommend correct way.
-
Feel free to contact! Atlassian has an excellent community:)

Hi, @Ashok Menon ! I agree with @elizabeth_jones , Jira and Confluence are cool products for your needs. You can use Jira to plan your project's tasks , you can try Jira Software if you have needs in Agile feature, for example, need issue level(epic) and boards(Scrum,Kanban), sprints , etc. or you can try Jira Core, if you…

Hi, @marshallmm ! Out-of-box you can crate a time tracking report in Jira for a specific project. Go to ‘Reports’, then ‘Forecast & management’ then ‘Time Tracking Report’. But you can’t create individual report by person. It is possible by add-ons, for example: * Tempo Timesheets * WorklogPRO Also you can check…

Hello, @William Naughton ! Welcome to the community! Personally, my opinion is that getting people to switch to this or that tool is difficult and wrong. But since we all know that JIRA and Confluence are the best tools for specific needs, we need to help people understand and try it! If we talk about JIRA, then you need…
