Yes, that's exactly how it is. You accept the plan and update the tasks in Jira Software. Thank you for interesting case, @Yuliia Zhyliaieva !

Hm, interesting. Okey. let's check our first version - Automation rules. 1. Go to issue(where we can see strange edits) 2. Go to "Project settings" 3. Automation 4. Tab "Rules" => "Project rules" How many rules there? We should find the rule that have action "Edit issue fields"(with pencin-icon):
-
Advanced Roadmaps use Jira fields (from issues). When you updating information in Roadmap - it updates issues. It looks like "Actor from Plans updated fields..." in issue history. Have you updated information in Roadmap "2 hours ago"(like we see on your first question's screen)?
-
And maybe strange question - is it really Jira Software project(not Jira Service Management with own project rules)?
-
@Prince Nyeche - ELFAPP , nice idea about app that uses date-fields(Due Date, Start Date). @Yuliia Zhyliaieva , maybe you have something like Structure, Structure.Gantt?
-
What app we are talking about? It depends on app - some of them let to filter by project (or look rules throught the current project settings). In my opinion, it will be faster and more productive to check the configurations (conditions and actions) of the rule than the rule logs.

Hi, @Yuliia Zhyliaieva ! Looks like automation rule or listener from app(Jira Software doesn't have out-of-box listeners), that works under reporter/assignee/etc. Check your apps: Settings => Apps => Manage Apps => User-installed apps Maybe you have something like Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira, etc. After that will can…

Hi, @bgrajower ! Of course, it can on Standart plan. Look throught the documentation for Receiving requests from an email address.
-
I can recommend you to make re-index. Go to > General Configuration > Content Indexing. Is it possible?
-
Hm, interesting... Have you tried to use "Browse" tab? Is it possible to select space "Notes" there?
-
Hi, @Krzysztof Kiser ! Can you show screen of permissions in "Notes" space. Looks like you don't have permission to add pages. Look throught the docs about space permissions.
-
@Kyren Wong , wow, thank you 🥳
-
@Soumyadeep Mandal , thank you! @Jennifer L Luik , good luck, it's a really unforgettable and useful journey.
-
@Gopal Rathi , great article! Congratulations! In the near future I plan to test myself on the ACP-200.
-
+1, very interesting, i'm preparing now to ACP-200 exam.

Hi, @Yuliia Zhyliaieva ! I can recommend you an app JQL Search Extention, that helps you with case, something like this: "To Do" and labels in (<span>FrontEnd,BackEnd) and Sprint is EMPTY </span>parentStatus =<span> </span> Here you can see other usefull functions. Feel free to contact! Best regards, Alexander

@Matthew Wong , great article, thanks! 😊
-
And of course you should check your workflow configuration - Validators. If your task/sub-task use the same processes try to add there conditions on Validators, that will ckeck issue type(it depends on your apps).
-
Hi, @Muhammad Alchoum ! Welcome to the Community! Sub-task should not be assigned to an Epic. A subtask is an even more granular decomposition of the work required to complete a story/task, that belongs to Epic throught the Epic Link. I can recommend you interesting Article about issue hierarchy.
-
@Ivelina Vasileva , You can try using the "Admin Contact Form" (if enabled in your Jira). Settings => Contact your Jira admin. After that, you will be taken to a contact form where you can ask them all questions about the current instance.
-
Hi, @Daniel Turczanski - JQL Search Extensions ! Thank you for the app, it is really useful!👍
-
Hi, @Ahmed Alghamdi ! My company uses app - Structure - Project Management at Scale. It is really cool app and that might be useful in your case - check out the doc page about Transition Dates(there you can find pictures). Also you simply check it on free demo-stand. Feel free to contact! Best regards, Alexander
-
Hi, @Ivelina Vasileva ! It looks like that your account doesn't have global-administrator permission. Look through the official documentation about creating and editing projects here. To create classic projects, you must have the Administer Jira global permissions.
-
Hi, @serkan_sezer ! As Bastian said, that is a configuration of Security Levels - you have to add a group of observers(some cool people who will see all project's issues) and a reporter(every reporter who is not in the "group of observers" will see their own issues). If you'll get problems - show us your current Security…

@Brant Schroeder I agree with you on 100%! The move to a remote work has also greatly influenced the development of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) in my Company - many people first started using tools and discovering their capabilities!

-
Hi, @Jeffrey Poole ! Welcome to the Community! I agree with @Walter Buggenhout , often "Bug" is an issuetype. But sometimes using labels, like you told. Label - is a global item, so you can open any issue with label "bug" and push on it(all labels are clickable) - it will opened advanced searching(issue navigator) with…
