Hi, @[deleted] ! Welcome to the Community! Try to use JQL like : "Next Review Date[Date]" is EMPTY or "Next Review Date[Date]" is NULL Maybe it can helps. Are you sure that full JQL is correct? (you just shown a part of query).
-
In that case you can create filter(than add any gadget on Dashboard) with JQL like: project in (ABC) and issue type in (Bug) and (Sprint = ABC or (status changed from “To do” to "In Progress" during (start date of sprint, end date of sprint)) or (created >= “start date of sprint” and created <= “end date of sprint”))

I could find only such bug [JRASERVER-37267] duplicate issues created when clicking on create button multiple times Wonders 🤷♂️🤪
-
Hi, @Michele Zaben ! Agree with Bastian. You just can remove permission "Browse project" - Customize Jira Service Management permissions : The permissions for customers must be granted to the Service Desk Customer - Portal Access security type, not the Service Desk Customers role. The Portal Access security type lets…
-
Hi, @Justin Whitaker ! We are talking about "Jira Service Management" Server? (if you called it "requests"). User creater issue from portal form? Do you have any plugins or custom JSM-automations on creation? Can that user reproduce this action again?
-
Hi, @Andrew ! What a news! I don't know about desktop Jira for macOS.🤩 Checked your case - and I can't reproduce your problem... I stil autorized after closing app. 🤷♂️
-
Hi, @Rocsana Chereches ! You can remove "Create next-gen projects" permission from users through the Global Permissions Management - Manage global permissions : Create projects separate from shared configurations and schemes. Next-gen projects don't affect existing projects or shared configurations like workflows, fields…
-
Hi, @[deleted] ! My teams use Sprint Report for that needs - View and understand the sprint report : Issues added after the sprint starts are indicated with an asterisk.
-
Hi, @Gavin ! I agree with John on "Option 1". On "Option 2" you can configure incoming mail handler for this - Create issues and comments from email . In JSM - it will be more comfortable because Customers don't need an Jira licences. If you have an Jira Core or Jira Software - you should configure creation from "Robot"…
-
Excellent question! I believe in it(joke)! 😂😂
-
Hi, @Serge Rovenne ! I checked on my Confluence Cloud and got the same problem (bug)... Very strange...
-
@Anna Martell , Oh, my mistake, sorry! If we are talking about "Backlog" tab, it is impossible to create additional "swimlane-folders". "Selected for development" is the name of the first column of the "Kanban board" tab. You just can set statuses that will be at this column:
-
To configure the board and any of its settings, you must be either: * a project administrator for the location of the board * a board administrator for the board itself
-
Hi, @Anna Martell ! Thanks for clarifications to John's answer. Why not? You can configure swimlines on Kanban board too - Configure swimlanes .
-
Hi, @Benjamin Charbit ! It is Jira's feature, you can't estimate sub-task (the lowest hierarchy item in Jira). It is really useful because all out-of-box reports works with this logic.
-
I opened the question with the same thoughts 😁 Apparently, we will not find out, because your answer has been accepted!
-
@Katerina Kovriga _Stiltsoft_ , thanks for quick response! @Michael Rosenthal , I checked Cloud's Dashboard out-of-box gadgets, agree with you. Have tried to use Epic Report (View and understand the epic report )? For example, you can add a link on Confluence page to Jira Epic Report, where people can analyse everything(of…
-
You can achieve it through the external apps, for example, Visibility for Confluence .
-
Hi, @Christine Williams ! Unfortunately, these pages will only be visible in the "page property report" to those people who have permission(not restricted from them) to the pages.
-
Why do you think this is a problem for you?
-
@Michael Rosenthal , I understand your business case. But if Business partnees don't have access to Jira they can't see any Jira-data on Confluence pages... It will be visible just for people that have access to Jira. So you should export Jira-data and then visualise it in Confluence through the extra apps, for example,…
-
Oh, now I got it after updating page. Sorry ( It is normal - when issue entering the final status it becomes "resolved" because get "resolution" and "resolution date". Grey color is a feature, that helps us visualy understand it. Look through the Best practices on using the "Resolution" field
-
Hi, @Prabhu Prabhakar ! I seems to me that you've lost the screen 😁
-
Hi, @Linda Marshall ! I agree with @Peter Bengov , just want to add a bit: It is possible configure custom priority scheme just for your's team project, if it will be correct for all organisation. For example, in my company about 150 different teams that involved in software development - and of course all that teams use…
-
Hi, @Attila Gaspar _META-INF_ ! It is wonderful achievement! My congratulations! You are really cool! 🥳 I got the ACM-standing in February too.
-
Did you manage to delete the issue?
-
Hi, @o_skrypyuk ! Welcome to the Community! As I know from the docs: From Mar 31, 2021, we’ll be moving all users on the old issue view in Jira Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Core) to the new issue view — which means you won’t be able to switch back to the old view anymore.
-
Hi, @Carol Rodriguez ! First of all you should check your project permission on "Delete issue" permission. Documentation - Manage project permissions . Then you can delete an issue like @Tibor Tasi [Everit] told.
-
Try to go there through another browser, it might help.
-
Hm, it looks like problems with page markup. My view of this page:
