CCMA is the tool of choice that we will be using and I've used in the past for other efforts. It's really the amount of content formatting that's been done on these pages that we need to revert essentially that we're trying to do programmatically. What would really help is if someone has a script they have used to swap out…

I recently ran into this issue working with a client, and running the install_fontconfig.sh in /bin fixed the issue for us. We were also seeing a notice about fonts not being installed as well in the environment, which was also resolved. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/health-check-fonts-965568867.html

@[deleted] , You are correct. I see that there is another answer below that seems like it would be a better solution to this limitation. Hopefully this feature request makes it through the ranks https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-2328.

I would edit your Project's field configuration, and set that field to "Required". This would prevent the issue from being created if the field isn't populated: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/specify-field-behavior/

That was a nifty suggestion and that did the trick. Thanks!

I recommend that you reach out Trello Support as this seems to be a bug in the app. In the meantime, have your users use the native web browser for data entry and see if that works better.

@Katrin Anger that's a great idea! I forget about Custom fields and that could be a workaround for adding dates on the fly.
-
Are there any other options set? I believe I set everything the same as you have it, but I was able create the rule successfully.

It looks like you can only add due dates to cards, and not individual items within the card. What you may want to do is create a column to track sub-tasks, or child cards in order to workaround this limitation.

This issue is now being tracked here: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ATST-923

This fixed my problem: add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java apt update apt install oracle-java8-installer apt install oracle-java8-set-default

@Gintohewoo did you find a solution to this? Just getting Bamboo installed and I have JDK 1.8 that I downloaded from Oracle's web site and I'm getting this error too.

Can you edit any field in Details, or just not the "Resolution" field?
-
Can you post a screen shot or copy and paste your search string? It sounds like the Open Issues search filter is using a parameter that doesn't apply to your issues.

I want to compare the Fixed version and Affected version fields. My company provides a few apps, and they share the same underlying architecture. This means an issue found in one app could also exist in another app. I want to compare the Fixed version against the Affected version to make sure they contain the same product…
