Hi @Sebastian Reichmann Dynamic Forms are available on the Jira Service Desk Cloud version :) Here's link to our documentation if you want to learn how to set them up: https://deviniti.com/support/addon/cloud/extension/latest/dynamic-forms/ Regards, Karolina

Hi @Brendan Burke , Template Repository is a separate project on your Jira instance. It's created automatically after installing the app. So, just view all projects you have access to and it should be there called Templates.
-
Those changes are made globally.

Hi @Fabian A_ Lopez _Community Leader - Argentina_ Florida_ California_ In the newest version of the app, you can replace native My Requests screen with the one provided by our app. Check out our documentation to see how to do it. Hope it helps :) Regards, Karolina

Hi @Marianne Miller Great to hear this! Though, Trello Sync for Jira is only available on Server. So, you wouldn't be able to use it on your Cloud instances. However, there's this other app called: Trello Power-up | Jira. I think you should check it out, maybe it will also fit your needs. Cheers, Karolina

Hi @mittapalli m Unfortunately, Dynamic Forms are only available on Jira Server. Right now, Atlassian doesn't provide an API to dynamically edit the Create Issue screen in Jira Cloud. Regards, Karolina

@Yuriy Lozhkin I don't think so... At least, I haven't come across any app that offers that
-
Hi @Yuriy Lozhkin I think this can be helpful: https://innovalog.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JMWE/pages/68878453/Separation+of+Duties+Condition.
-
@Gabriel Viger Here you have it: Fingers crossed!! In case of any questions, I'm here for you
-
Hi @Gabriel Viger , After you do step 1 and 2 from the article, you can add conditions to the fields - so when specific field should show up. For example: when we set condition for "Will this user log their time in Jira" field, the condition should look like this: What tools will the employee use is checked Jira…
-
@Chegg Coop , On your workflow, check if there are any conditions or validators, i.e. only assignee condition, user is in project role, etc.
-
Hi @Chegg Coop , You have 2 options here: * Check if there are any restrictions on your workflow that allows a specific user to perform any bulk changes. * Check Global permissions to see who can make bulk changes. I hope one of these answers your question. :)
-
Hey @Ricky M , Maybe you should check out Email This Issue by Meta-INF. I think that this app may be what you're looking for :) Hope it helps!
-
@Robreally? Weird. Here, I tried it and deleted whatever was causing the problem, should work now: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2016/09/group-customers-in-organizations :)
-
Hey @Rob , check if your customers have permission to access Service Desk projects? You can do it manually, but you can also add them to organization and they will have to access to the appropriate projects automatically. Maybe this can help…
-
Hey @Jens Kisters __SeibertSolutions our support team is taking care of this and they'll contact you soon with the solution. Have a nice day :)

Hi @Shawn McCarty, You can restrict the access to Confluence calendar. I think that's what you're looking for: https://confluence.atlassian.com/teamcalcloud/restrict-a-calendar-909903929.html Cheers, Karolina
-
@Thomas Hardin - unfortunately, currently, we're not planning to enable this functionality in Data Center.
-
@Thomas Hardin - you can create some workflow transitions natively with screens. In case of edit transition it will be visible on the Customer Portal but the customers will be able only to leave a comment.…
-
@Gantner Jira Admin - unfortunately, it's not possible to have it always based on language selected in profile. And I don't think there's any solution that offers that. If you can, please go to our service desk and raise a request for new feature either for Actions for Jira Service Desk app or Translation for Jira Service…
-
Hey @Andrew Culver, You can add workflow transitions that will be available for the customer on the Customer Portal. I think this article about extending Jira Service Desk workflows to the Customer Portal can help you with that. Cheers!
-
Wow, you are fast.
-
