Our Teams are aware of this and currently working on getting the Insight RAML page up again. For the time being, you can still proceed to open the link by Proceed anyway on Firefox or Google chrome (with some privacy/security tweaks).

Any authentication that works against JIRA will work against the Insight REST API. So you should be able to authenticate using the same auth method that you use for Jira. https://insight-javadoc.riada.io/insight-javadoc-8.6/insight-rest/
