@Henry Kim is that possible that you don't have the Issue Create permission? Please raise a ticket for our support team if that is not a problem with Create Issue permission they will help you find the reason and hopefully the solution.
-
Hi @Henry Kim , of course, you can do that in bulk from the Test Plan list view. I am attaching the screenshot. Let me know if that resolved your problem.

Jira natively doesn't have TC's and steps. You have to install some plugins for Test management like that one. Best regards, Jarek

Adding the HAR file to the support ticket will speed up spotting the problem. Our support team for sure will ask for it. :) Of course, you can do that in comment after raising the ticket. Here you have instructions on how you can generate the HAR…

Hi @Henry Kim , That looks strange. I can't give you an exact answer to what could go wrong. Please raise a ticket for our support team as to resolve that problem we need more information. For sure we will need the HAR file to check what could gone wrong. If you don't know how to generate it our support will help you with…

I think that you also might be interested in those two positions: * TestFLO if you need a lot of flexibility to customise your process would be a good option. * Requirements and Test Management for Jira also introduce the requirements module and it is a very intuitive app so you won't struggle with configuration.
-
@miguel.valle Sorry I didn't notice that you are using Jira Cloud. TestFLO is unfortunately available only for Server and DC.

@sthumulati It would be best if you write directly to the plugin vendor. You can find contact information at the app listing at Atlassian Marketplace in the "Support" tab.

Hi @Michael Glenn Williams , I can see that you already received the answer that EasyAgile works with a classic project here. Let me know if you still have any questions about RTM. You can also contact our support team. We are going to introduce the next-gen's support at the beginning of 2022. Best regards, Jarek

Hi @Michael Glenn Williams , Currently, we don't support fields configuration. It means that fields are hardcoded into RTM screens. The fields listed are native Jira fields. Fields customisation is already a feature on our roadmap. In that ticket I also added screen by screen manual on how to add fields to the…

Hi @sthumulati , are you using Requirements and Test Management for Jira or some other application?
-
Hi @Amir Schaefer What add-on for Test Management are you using? Is it RTM?
-
Hi @Bishoy Jacob , Jira by default doesn't provide a traceability matrix. You can instal one application dedicated to Requirement/Test Management. Most of them have the ability to create a Traceability Matrix. I can suggest to you an application which Product Owner I am and which traceability matrix collects great review…
-
@javier.espinosaYou can link issues from different projects manual but they are not supported natively. So it will not work with some RTM features (like coverage report). Still, you will see those requirements in the relations tab and you can also use the traceability matrix. We already have plans to improve RTM to support…

@shravya chinthapatla you can If you are using Jira with some plugins. Most of them support importing Test Cases with steps from CSV file. If you are not using any plugin yet, you can try Requirements and Test Management for Jira, which of course supports import from CSV and much more. Best regards, Jarek

Hi @shravya chinthapatla , what add-on do you use for Test Management?
-
@Caroline Peret Hi Caroline, what application for TM do you use?
-
Hi @Simon Herriott , do you know what app for TM you use?
-
@Kelly McLean We use our internal tool which is for both Requirement and Tests Management . You can set different issue types which you are able to store on tree views to manage your requirements. Best regards, Jarek
-
Hi @Deepa Nair , what addon do you use for Test Management? Regards, Jarek
-
Hi @Mandy Baxter , you can achieve such things with standard Jira Automation rules. We created an article how to set such rules for Requirements and Test Management but you can easily use them with TM4J also. :) Here you can find it: https://hexygen.com/blog/jira-automated-rules-requirements-test-management/
-
@Christophe Roussin Hi, It is possible and we made a tutorial article about that for Requirements and Test Management plugin but you can use that with any other tool. You can find the article here: https://hexygen.com/blog/jira-automated-rules-requirements-test-management/ There are also a few other useful tips.

Hi, which app do you use?
-
@Francis John A Chua I have one more idea why you may not see those issues. RTM works with the current project. That means that all issues you are trying import to the tree have to be in that project. Did you use the "Move" functionality to change the project where you store your issues? You need to import them from the…

Hi @Aravind , which addon are you using? Is it Requirements and Test Management for Jira? Best regards, Jarek

@Francis John A Chua Have you checked your RTM project configuration? Are your Issue Types mapped correctly to RTM? You must have the same Issue Types in RTM configuration which you are trying to import to tree views.
