See if you can access JIRA using the default ports bypassing proxy - that should let you know if jira is running or not ( that is if tomcat is the issue here ) or if its your reverse proxy
-
Is everything fine with the MySQL Driver that you must be using ?
-
Right - simple point is when you upgrade Software - it will include core as well. When you upgrade core - it wont include the Agile part . :-)
-
Go to Configure Board - you will see board filters there - edit it and select projects you want to include in the board , issue types , assignment made in your name and so on.
-
Yes - the filter of your board should include issues from different projects.

As Hernan suggested, if you are using scrum and kanban in your jira - you have jira software installed so go for option 2. But if your jira does not have kanban and scrum boards option - its just jira core so go for option 1. Also, check your Applications tab under JIRA Admin Console - you will see what is installed , just…

Not quite the right thing to do as far as my knowledge says.

You might not have been given the permissions to delete page . Reach out to your Confluence Admin and make the admin delete it or ask your Space Admin or Confluence Admin to give you the privilege to delete space or/and page :-)

hmmm so basically a lot of related plugins/modules were disabled and it remained disabled. I've had such cases in the past with other plugins - I either enabled them manually via browser or had the environment restarted with a longer restart time for plugins and its modules so that they get a good amount of time to restart.

Blur your Server ID and share a screenshot please - it should be there.
-
If you are a user with jira admin access - you should be able to see it in your admin console page - Administration - Applications - Version and Licenses. You will see the license expiry date.

Can you share some screenshot of the DB Configuration Screen Page ?

It is so difficult to say anything without a complete picture you know Victor. But I don't know why - I feel that your SD was installed already and it just needs to be enabled . At the back end , your windows/linux server - how does the uploaded file for SD look like ? Does it have any permission related issues ?
-
While you were testing connection - have you monitored the logs at that moment ? Check what does your logs say when you do a Test Connection .

There is another gadget Workload Pie Chart. Create a filter first that collects issues from your 10-15 projects and then use it on gadgets
-
Like this one - Issue Statistics gadget , I added it to dashboard twice but for two different projects - sample project 1 and sample project 2
-
If you look for gadgets on the dashboard - there are various types of gadgets that can display results in similar line that you've desired. It could be a combination of many gadgets used with filters
-
When was the last time you restarted you JIRA environment ?
-
Without looking at the log messages it would be tough to find out what error you are facing whole uploading SD application. I'd suggest you reach out to Atlassian and share your logs with them. They will help you find out the solution. Else if you wish to work on it - i'd suggest you to export out the log and do a text…

May you can do this - I am suggesting a hop to every big Enterprise Releases ; 6.3.9 - 7.13 - 7.6 - 8.5

When you say you have setup everything - have you applied the database drivers at jira end ..../lib/... ?
-
Switch Queries to Priorities - it will show up on backlog
-
Switch Queries to Priorities - it will show up on backlog
-
Do you specifically want it to be based on Queries ?
-
-
Go To Board Settings - You will find it there.

Did you not find a place to paste the license from where you installed SD ? I think there is a pencil icon that lets you add the license from where you can see SD installed.
