I think I'm resolving them one by one :-) - Ill update you.

My cluster file is also in the right location. Both nodes show cluster on and cluster id. At the moment I have created individual shared home location in their own servers just to start the nodes
-
Jack - my shared directory is in the nfs server and it shows my two nodes under its export list. What/How do I mount at my two individual nodes ?
-
Hi Nic, I need a little advice of your on my NFS configuration. 1) NFS Server 2) Node 1 3) Node 2 So the above three are my three locations I created a folder /jirashared in NFS Server - verified it at two nfs clients ( node 1 and node2) using show mount and and it displays the two nodes under export list I copied the…

Download it from here https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/try When you install it - during configuration it will automatically get you an evaluation license - but make sure you have an atlassian account as it navigates to your account to fetch the license or rather create and fetch

And what is my MySQL is an RDS hosted on AWS ? :-)
-
I think the best thing about Atlassian Community is that we can connect directly with people from Atlassian which seems exciting.
-
And that is what I thought Alexis - thank you very much. I have created my database on AWS RDS and two nodes on two different RHEL on AWS again. I am trying to test connection with DB - somehow it says restricted. I am trying to resolve that - I'll see what's wrong and update you
-
Thank you Alex - I am working on all of them side by side. But I wanted to get the nodes ready before working on LB. I am ready with nginx on another server of mine and a NFS Server as well - but I want to get the nodes ready first . So do I configure node1 with database and for node 2 - do I just copy all installation…
-
Carmen - if these are on Cloud, I'd advise you to get help from Atlassian.
-
Did you verify your issuetype schemes ? Is your issuetype subtask following the same scheme as all other issuetypes in your project ?
-
Adelaide - you are on a Kanban Board and not a Scrum :-) . You cannot have sprints on a Kanban Board :)
-
Try attaching image Adelaide - your image is still not uploaded.
-
And I hope your user id permissions havent been changed.
-
I dont see any attachment from you.
-
no attachement available
-
I can still find it there - and I am on Atlassian JIRA Cloud
-
I am trying my best to make my small contributions :p
-
Well , for now that should be the view unless you start using it and get the full view. Also, as long as you are not sharing the dashboard - it will be visible to you alone
-
Hello Jheff, I am so sorry I am confusing you and diverting you from your core issue. Are you a Project Admin or/and JIRA Admin ? If your organization has a refinement even in JIRA Admin permission setups - you should have to kind of admins - JIRA Admin and JIRA System Admin. A JIRA System Admin Group members should have…
-
I haven't had a chance to check it myself but hey some questions ; 1) You are running JIRA on-prem right ? 2) How does the view look like after you make the dashboard your default dashboard - I think the list should go away , isn't it ?
-
I know I am diverting the topic here but any specific reason why you changing the port for the database ?
-
Hey - you should first remove the page link from here . Edit your question and remove it - doesn't look safe to share it publicly.
-
start with catalina.out and atlassian-confluence.log
-
Hey Bhanu, Are you talking about dashboards or jira agile boards ? Can you share a screenshot please ? It would make things clearer
-
That is the whole concept behind JIRA :-). If it starts handling one project per instance - that would be some useless design :-)
-
You seem to be running JIRA on Atlassian Cloud - why don't you approach Atlassian and have them sort it out from the backend Database ? I doubt if there is anything that could help you sort projects - and sort in that manner, I do not know of any inbuild functionality. We might look out for some add-ons - but I haven't…
-
When you say you are not able to access - do you mean your user id has permission restrictions to JIRA Media directory ? This is a simple permission issue with your account in your linux server. Ask your linux admin to give you the requisite permission. From front end , you can include attachments in your JIRA Daily backup…

Or he can also star out all the projects that he is a lead to and find it listed in the starred option .

It will show up something like this ;
