Sweet! Thank you.

Hi @John Felleman and welcome to the Community :) I don't have an answer but want to see what others come up with. Keep me posted if you find the answer yourself. Best, KGM

I am very interested in this, @Marie Casabonne

Thanks for sharing all!

Thanks for all your wonderful memories! Very sweet to read them, takk! Hope this was an opportunity for all of us to go back in time to the innocence and safety of childhood.

Most bodacious! Takk, @Eoin

Hi @Loretta Brunette I am so confused! We've had forms in Software projects for months or years. And these forms have conditionals sections and stuff. No? I must be missing something here... So sorry... What am I missing? Best, KGM
-
Sorry to hear, @Abdul Mohammad I haven't looked deep into this. Was just hoping to prod you in the right direction :)
-
Hi @Abdul Mohammad I haven't tried this but maybe you can load a variable and then use it in the branch, like: HTH, KGM

Hi @Brad Schultz You can use an Automation rule to create Sub-tasks and then you can use Smart Values, like {{issue.summary}}, to populate the dynamic part of the Summary. Then have a static part as well, if you want. HTH, KGM

Oh, @Chris and remember that a guest can only access a single Space. That is one of the limitations. Best, KGM
-
Hi @Chris namesake :) Sure, here is a bit -> https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/ HTH, KGM

Thanks for sharing - fun to read!

Hi @christian.campos Well, if you are a Project Admin, you go into "Project settings" and there you can see "SLAs". Click on it. There you need to setup your calendar (add the holidays in there) and then create the SLAs you want based on whatever criteria you have. Choose the "pause" statuses, i.e. the SLA clock will stop…

Hi @Andreas Forsberg This feature has been rolled out now :) Best, KGM
-
Takk for sharing, everyone! Fun reading about these.
-
Hope y'all had a great Halloween!

Thanks for the screenshot, @Dawn DeBolt Yes, those are the "Status Category" colors Atlassian assigns to statuses. There are 3 "Status Categories": In the Cloud, these colors are not customizeable. HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Dawn DeBolt Where are you trying to do that? On a board, on the Issue itself, ... I think each status gets a color according to the "Status Category" it is assigned to and that this cannot be changed. Best, KGM
-
Hi @Christy Kennedy Does the user have browse permission to the Project of the resulting issues from the filter? Or is there a Project specifically mentioned (like Project = ABC) that the user does not have browse permission for? HTH, KGM
-
I don't know, @Dan Blair , either but the roadmap should be giving us rough time frame. Maybe it is called something else...
-
Hi @Nuria Comellas If you remove a column, then you will not be able to see the tickets in the status that is mapped to this column :( That is just the way it is. Or you can delete the column and move the status that was mapped to it, to another column. HTH, KGM

Takk for all your memories :=) Have a great weekend!
-
Sweet memories! Great 13km, @Emily _ DevSamurai :) Seriously though, sorry you cannot travel far in a car.
-
Thanks for your fun memories!

Very good point, @John Funk

Forgot to write the JQL for completed tickets: Resolution is NOT empty If you decide to have different resolution values, for example "Done", Duplicate", "First Call Fix", then you can also search by them. For example: Resolution = "First Call Fix". Best, KGM
