Hi @Lynn Tinney and welcome Jira has a field called "Resolution". When this field is empty, the ticket is NOT completed. Like the JQL query: Resolution is empty But, once the ticket is completed (work is done), then the ticket should get a proper resolution value (you can customize them). That is what Jira is basing this…

Hi @chris sieverts I know that Automation team is working hard at beefing out the Confluence actions and gave us a bunch of new actions this summer. Looks like they haven't done these 2 yet :( Best, KGM

Hi @Russ Bevan You should be able to monitor that in the Cloud roadmap -> https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?selectedProduct=&search= HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Pasquale Laviano For #1, you could maybe create a new field (days late) and then run Automation rule which uses the date smart value calculations -> https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/ to compare today's date with due date and update the days late field with that number.…

Hi @Derrick and welcome. At the bottom of the appstate.edu page, you can see: Atlassian Confluence 8.5.12 (conf0: 6937160c) They are running on Confluence Server or, more likely, Data Center. HTH, KGM

Yes, @Ingo Volkhausen , there are a lot of calories in Magnum. I've had a hard time finding the regular sized Magnum original (mostly find this double choco something) but a bit easier to find the mini Magnums. My son brought a box of mini Magnums yesterday :) Great treat!

Hi @Haseeb Khan If I understand you correctly, then Context is your best friend (and Bob your uncle!). You can create a different context for each Project with unique values yet use the same custom field. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-custom-field-context/ HTH, KGM

Yes @Dan Breyen , I was about 13 when that movie came out. I remember the snake scene :=) Totally, @Andy Gladstone ! We have to protect that noggin! Thank you, @Patrícia Fortunato Montenegro . Good to see you again! Super nice hats, @Ingo Volkhausen ! Love the dreads hat story, @Daria Kulikova_GitProtect_io

Hi @Vinicius Have you granted yourself access to the project as a "Customer"? HTH, KGM
-
Hi @Tyler Giles My guess is that the email has some flag/code in it's header that is causing Jira to reject it, in order to prevent an email/issue creation storm. I've heard something about that before but sorry, I don't have the expertise to give you more info on that. HTH, KGM
-
I hope this gets the ball rollin'. Lot of the decisions that need to be made also depend on what the preference is so it is hard to give an exact answer. Best, KGM

Hi @Daniel Orband Yes, there are two main approaches you can consider: One Big Project with Components: This creates a single project encompassing all your work (sales, production, installations, product improvements). Use Components to categorize work related to different product lines. Labels can be used for further…
