Hi @Simon Shen Community is a public site and can't access your personal details like email or phone etc to reach out to you. What error are you getting while submitting a ticket on the portal? If you are on a free plan, you may not be able to submit a ticket in the support portal.

@Nikki Leonard Which URL are you using from Google calendar? Public Address / Secret Address in iCal format? If you are using Public in iCal format, make sure that you made the calendar public. Otherwise, you can use Secret Address in iCal format.

@ionut_lenghel It could be something to do with invalid issue type or one of the custom field configurations. Reach out to support by submitting a ticket with the board details in the Support portal. Support team should be able to help you identify what might be causing the issue.

Hi @awajieh Using passwords with Jira REST API basic authentication has been deprecated. You need to create API token and use it in the REST call.
