@Karthik Try to create a page from a different network (e.g., mobile network) outside of your office network. We have a couple of users who had similar issue if they are using restrictive firewall or proxy server settings within their network. This has been reported as a bug: Edit functions is grayed out in Confluence…

@hark.dhunay It's not possible to exclude messages from certain email addresses in Jira side. In your case, your client should be able to setup rule in their mail server not to auto-respond for the messages sent from Jira email address.

@TJ Marbois You are right the sprints name are created automatically based on the board name or most recent sprint name used on the board. But, if not configurable. You can change the sprint name by clicking on ... > Edit sprint. From next time when you create a new sprint, it'll use the new name & sequence format.

@Prasad Shiraskar You don't have to grant administrator permission to create reports in a Service Desk project. Users with a valid JSD license and Service Desk Agent project permission is sufficient to create reports within a JSD project. Refer to Overview of Jira Cloud permissions for better understanding of the project…

@[deleted] In nutshell, you want to keep all the historical data of the user, but want to change the email address in Atlassian side. It's easy! Before I explain with an example how to do it, please note that each email address is linked with a unique Atlassian Account ID (AID). When a user try to update email address,…

@Richa_Goyal There is no way too configure the workflows in Next-gen project. However, if you want to add new statuses in next-gen, you just add a new column in the next-gen board. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/get-started-with-next-gen-projects-945104903.html

You may refer to below document to understand the difference between Next-gen and Classic projects. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/working-with-next-gen-software-projects-945104895.html

@Nikita How do you configure the incoming mail handler for your Jira Service Desk project? Are you using the Jira System mail handler or the one at the JSD project settings > Email requests page? For JSD project, you need to use the one at the project level. You may refer to below document.…

@hob In the new editor, pages are fixed-width by default. The benefit of fixed-width content is that your content will look the same regardless of what screen it’s viewed on. When using full-width, the text and other page elements respond to the screen size. You can expand the content to full-width by opening the page in…

@[deleted] I assume you are using Jira cloud. Correct? Yes, you can delete your account from Jira and Atlassian as well. But, due to GDPR compliance, it takes 14 days to delete your Atlassian account. So, you won't be able to recreate your account while the Atlassian account deletion is in progress. More over, once you…

@Tadas Apulskis The Browse project permission is mainly for the Jira licensed users. Customers can be added directly from Customers page in a JSD project. You need to share the portal link to the customers (Channels > Help Centre > Open) so that they can access the Service Desk Portal and submit the tickets. You may refer…

@Carl Stewart You are right. This is due to a known limitation with the nested bodied macros inside other macros within the new editor. This is being tracked in this feature request: [CONFCLOUD-68323 Nest Expand or other Bodied Macros in another Macro|https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-68323]. For additional…

@Carl Stewart What do you mean by v2 page? Do you mean page created with new Confluence editor? I am able to create number and bullet lists inside an expand macro using the new editor. Are you getting any error at your end? What browser are you using? I tested on Chrome Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit). Edit…

@Ammaar Ahmed Looks like you are affected by an ongoing incident that is affecting search and view of users. We are working on it with the highest priority and will be posting further details in our Status Page: http://status.atlassian.com/

@Daniel Landman The default Linked Issue / Links field just pulls the linked issue key. But, we can't apply filter for Project key using this field. My suggestion was similar to your approach - i.e., adding filterable items (thought about giving them distinct 'component' OR 'label'). Instead of using 'component' OR 'label'…
