Hi @Felicia James If you press the 'Resend invite' button in the user list, the email will be unblocked along with resending the invite.
-
@Jens Schumacher - Released_so is right (as usual 😛) @Merijn van Dortmont if you create a support request, select 'My Account' under What can we help you with, and 'Other' under Select a topic. That should get you the help you're after.

Hi @Ivan Nicolas Machaca There's a bug in this invitation page that means you can't alter the default products for yourself. You could raise a ticket with our support team to change the default for you using one of our internal tools, or wait a few months for the UI to be updated. Sorry you've experienced this bug.

Hi Everyone, If you'd like more specific information on when your individual sites and organisations will have this feature available, please raise a support ticket here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/. Generally, 90% of customers have access to this today. 99% of customers will have access to it by August 2023.…

A few options you can try: 1. make sure the invite isn't going into the user's junk email. 2. There might have been an issue with the email bouncing the first time the invite was sent. Instead of deleting and re-inviting the user, press the 'resend invite' link within the user list. This will both remove any email…

Hi @Sanda Rajic There could be a few things at play here, but my recommendation is: * make sure the user is enabled and can log into confluence * Check that you can mention the user in other areas of confluence, like @mentions on a page or in a comment. If you can't then contact Atlassian Support, as there might be an…

@Peter Fjelsten - I'm with you Peter!

@Haddon Fisher 1. This new role can both manage existing users and invite new ones. If we have "invite users" disabled at the org-level, is it correct that this functionality is also disabled for this role? No, the "Invite users" feature is only applicable to regular product users, not users of admin.atlassian.com (i.e.…

Hi William, We have a new role coming out soon (May-June 2023), called User Access Admin (UAA). The blog post gives a lot of information, but to summarize the role for your use case: For Instance 1: I would like admins A & B to have User Management access on top of their admin access. * For instance 1, you could give Admin…

@Jeanne Howe Thanks for the feedback, I've updated this article to be clearer this change is for cloud only. I've also passed your feedback onto the DC team.
-
@Shane Johnson we've had some delays, but should be rolling this out to new customers around May/June 2023 and moving existing customers onto it from June through to the end of 2023.
-
@Craig Castle-Mead Good point. I can't speak to the Server team's plans, but I will share our success and struggles with this Cloud feature with them.

@Yatish Madhav No API available sorry.
-
Also, if you never entered any credit card information, and don't respond to the automated payment emails. Your site will eventually get automatically deleted in about 60 days.
-
is there a way to suspend access to one site only with the new UI? No sorry. Is there a way to remove a user from accessing a specific site via API Not today sorry. But we do have a team working on this specific API (and a few others). You can track it here. Only option right now would be a custom script as you've…

Why do we see the Improved user management experience on some sites but not all? Hi Antoine, The improved user management experience is still slowly being rolled out to all our customers. Some orgs will take longer to migrate than others sorry. If you want to raise a support ticket asking for one of your orgs to be…
-
Hi @Yatish Madhav, I mentioned in a previous comment, there is definitely a long tail when it comes to these types of complex migrations. If your site has not been migrated yet, I apologize for the delay. It will be because there's an additional complexity in migrating your site that we're not ready for. I guarantee your…

@Rosana Casilli , @Lucian Dragomir - Your Org admins will receive an email a month before we're ready to migrate your site(s) to the new experience. There is definitely a long tail when it comes to these types of complex migrations. If you've not received the email yet, it will be because there's an additional complexity…

@Yatish Madhav - We'll starting rolling out this new role in April late 2022. The other UI updates have been rolling out for a while now, and will continue to do so for a number of months. If you'd like to know when your specific Site will be updated, you can raise a support ticket with the question, and they'll redirect…
-
@Carlos Henriques @Yatish Madhav - 100% of new signups have been getting the new user management experience since around mid August. Before that date, it was a smaller % of random signups who would get it. An email was sent out to a majority existing customers in August outlining our migration plan to the new experience.…

Hi @Joseph Blasi - Apps don't have a separate user access, their access is derived from the product access. So this new admin role will be able to remove users from any product, regardless of app usage. @Yatish Madhav - No plans right now. But it is something we'll look into, once we have this fully rolled out.

The examples you've provided aren't organisations, they're sites. The organisation sits above each site. You can rename your organisation to be whatever name you like under the Settings tab in admin.atlassian.com. If you'd like both sites to live under the same organisation, then you can complete the product transfer flow…

Hi, Since your atlassian account is managed by your organization, it can only be deactivated or deleted via the Managed Accounts screens. Info on how that's done can be found here: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/delete-a-managed-account/ Cheers, -Kieren
-
Hi Tech29 If this is a cloud atlassian account, they don't use usernames. You'll need to create a support ticket sorry. You'll need to still have access to the email address though, to reset the password. Hope you're able to work it out. -Kieren
-
Hi Jonas, These are the most likely scenarios: * These accounts have been created for users to access the Atlassian Community (like you're doing right now) * They're old accounts and the users have since left your company (but the user account was never deleted). The product that these accounts used to have access to,…

@Fabrice Huart - NSI , @Yatish Madhav , @[deleted] The rollout was delayed, we'll send an email to customers a month before we intend to migrate them to the new experience. Right now, we intend to migrate the first customers on 22nd September 2021, through to about December 2021. @Jack Brickey Great idea! I'll organise…

Unfortunately, the impersonate user feature is limited to impersonating the user within a product, not within their profile (which is a global entity, across all products that user has access to). If the user is managed/their email domain is claimed, then an Org admin can change their email address. Otherwise, you’ll need…

Hi Sumit, I think you'll need to open a support ticket to get this solved. You should be able to log into https://support.atlassian.com/ with your gmail account, or reset your password for your gmail account to complete the support request.
