Hi @Joe Davids Correct me if am wrong but you are a user and not an admin? Without extra information we are unable to help you with this. There can be a ton off reasons. It can be server related, the connection to the server, it can be the application (log files need to be checked.), ... But this is for the admin to…

Hi @Beender Beender I think you could use the following to solve your problem https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-rotate-the-tomcat-catalina-log-file-224398003.html Regards Dave
-
Hi @Nodar Vardiashvili Did you check the permissions? What is the result? Is a correct filter added? Is the filter shared with the people that can open the board? Try to give some more information about your config! Regards Dave

Sorry, i have been reading diagonally (on my phone) so you need only ALL the issues that are assigned by 1 person Following should work. assignee changed BY chris
-
Hi @tliebscher You can remove it from the installed-plugins directory on the server. Don't forget to shut down JIRA before you do this and make a backup. After the file is removed you can restart JIRA Regards Dave
-
Try assignee = mike AND assignee changed BY chris
-
Hi @ I think you would need something like assignee = mike AND assignee changed TO mike BY chris (i did not test it) Regards Dave
-
Hi @Padmasree P Yes you can, just make sure that you decommission the old server first if it uses the same license. Regards Dave
-
Hi @Dennis Veenstra As always there are multiple options to solve this. Here is 1 ;-) You can use this plugin to show or hide something in certain conditions. (yours will work) In administration look for "sidebar, header and footer" and add following text {show-if:special=@authenticated}You are not logged in. Please do to…

Hi @Jim Jester in the search issue screen i am able to sort on column headers. Are you on server or on cloud? What screen are you in? Could you please post a screenshot? ***edit*** blur all information in the screenshot that can not be made public Regards Dave

Hi @mtsmatheus89 Good afternoon ;-) Jira will create the fields you already have. You can find the documentation here Make sure you have the same plugins installed or you could loose the information from those plugins. Regards Dave

@Voor Naam @Bastian Stehmann is correct.

Yes, just follow the steps above.

Hi @Voor Naam * In any screen (when you have no field selected) type "g g" * a box will open and now type "system info" * Click on it in the list as soon as you see it * Log in if you need to * search for "server ID" (try using "ctrl - f" and typing server ID) It should be there Regards Dave
-
Hi @Max E I am not really a developer so i can't solve this without some help of someone that knows javascript. If you or someone on your team has this knowledge you should be able to write a small javascript file that uses regex to do a check on all the labels and remove or hide them if necessary. This will work perfectly…

Hi @ Mohammed Khannous If your admin tells you there where no modifications. How can you expect us to tell you what has been changed. We have no access to your environment ! I am afraid that your administrator will have to sort it out. Just saying, that nothing has changed does not automatically mean that nobody changed…

Hi @venkatraj v.p. I did a quick search in google and found the following I would suggest a fairly bullet-proof mechanism: * Spin up a new instance of Confluence on a new server using a dev license. * Do a full-site export of the existing server * Import the full-site back up to the new server * Make needed changes for the…

Are you an administrator that can check the notification scheme? If Yes: please see if those people should receive notifications in the scheme. If No: contact your administrator.
-
hmmm, did you check your spam folder? But it can still be the notification settings. for example the users that do not receive the mail are not in a group that is used to the notification scheme.
-
Hi @ Mohammed Khannous If you are not an administrator you should take to your administrator. He probably made some changes or there is something wrong with the mail server. If you are the administrator. * See if the mail settings are still correct. * And check the notification screens. Regards Dave

Hi @Krishna.Bhatt It is not possible to upgrade JIRA in the UI You will need to perform a normal upgrade directly on the server. Regards Dave
-
Hi @Pooja You could solve this with automation for JIRA if you want it to be an individual email per issue. Or maybe the solution proposed in this question could be a solution for you. Regards Dave
-
Could be something like status = done and status changed BEFORE -5d
-
Hi @Krishna Chaitanya Karyampudi Every space has at least 1 page, The homepage! What is the name of your homepage on the new space? Does that name exist in the page tree you are trying to copy? Regards Dave

Sorry, my mistake (not awake yet ;-) Here are the correct instructions.

HI @Design_Thinking_HSG I'm glad it worked. :-) Regards Dave
-
Hi @Vinod Sukumaran There are multiple options. My preferred option is with Automation for jira Create a scheduled automation. use a condition with a jql that checks the time that the issue is in that specific status and add the action to send an email. Regards Dave
