Hi, try go to /crowd/console/secure/admin/loggingProfiling.action in Crowd and add "c.a.j.b.user.search.DefaultUserPickerSearchService" as new class and set it to ERROR level. Then it should be ok.

Can you try URL in described in error details? Are you running behind VPN or firewall? Did you tried it on smart phone outside of local network?

Nice to see you are working on performance improvements. It looks better, but still in compare of with server it's slower. Just in last several months we got customers with cloud and they want migrate from Cloud to Server (one migration is done and second is planned).

Hi, because users are counting into "highest" application license. So if user is counting to Jira Software or/and Service Desk then is not counting to Jira Core. So if you want some users to count into Jira Core instead of Software just remove jira-software group for them.

They released this version of Jira just yesterday - so I think just wait for while. Plugin vendors usually release new version in hours/days after release. Confluence is not problem - it's not plugin, but normal application. 

It's because of you just download really fresh release of Jira - if you have 8.2.0 Portfolio is not for now compatible, but I think just wait few hours or 1~2 days.
