Hi, based on my opinion is better to have both apps together in one Jira instance. But with this older version you will loose some features released in the meantime. Can you upgrade your current apps?

Ok, so I understand you now. You have both options regarding your first question. * If you have Jira Core or Software, then you can install it by plugin * If you don't have Jira core or Software then you can take installer for Jira Service Desk and install it step by step like normal Jira (all 3 editions are almost same)…

Hi, as I understand (for example from this - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjira/preparing-for-jira-8-0-955171967.html) plugin compatibility is not possible for plugins for Jira 8 to Jira 7. As many of vendors released new major versions of their plugins and those new versions are not compatible with Jira 7 (for…

Hi, it's too wide question for answer it here. You should start study documentation here (https://confluence.atlassian.com/alldoc/atlassian-documentation-32243719.html). Go step by step, eg. product by product, and enjoy your testing. It's quite long way, but if you have some technical background, then it will not be…

Hi, Bitbucket really support Git 2.11 as minimal version. Your mentions 1.8.4.3 is for Git client, not for server. And in supported platforms is mention as last supported version 2.20. So you should downgrade to this last supported version. I undestand it¨s confusing that plus character after version number, but as you can…
