@Sampath Issue not matched any of the condition. Your Smart value is incorrect :- {{issue.created.convertToTimeZone("Asia/Kolkata").format("HH:mm")}} HH should be in a caps
-
Hi @Sampath If/else condition passed or failed in Audit Logs. What is showing ? Which condition passed ? Users added in the list ?
-
Hi @Sampath Yes, It works for Jira DC projects automation as well. {{issue.created.convertToTimeZone("Asia/Kolkata").format("HH:mm")}}
-
@Sampath Based on IST time use Asia/Kolkata canonical ID {{issue.created.convertToTimeZone("Asia/Kolkata").shortTime}} > 6:00 AM and {{issue.created.convertToTimeZone("Asia/Kolkata").shortTime}} < 2:00 PM {{issue.created.convertToTimeZone("Asia/Kolkata").shortTime}} > 2:00 AM…

Hi @Paul Gautier For this, you need to set up an automation rule. Default notification template you can't change for Agents or Assignee. Only for customer, you can change notification. Use Trigger >> Issue Created Action >> Send Email
-
Hi @DIPAYAN GANGULY Try to following api for adding user in a project role :- curl --request POST \ --url 'https://your-jira-server/rest/api/2/project/{projectIdOrKey}/role/{roleId}' \ --user 'username:password' \ --header 'Content-Type: application/json' \ --data '{ "user": ["username"] }' For JIRA cloud Python and cURL…

Very Helpful @Kateryna_v_SaaSJet_ Thanks a lot!
-
Hi @Sampath For this first you need to 3 user groups based on or add members in three project role. Each group for each region and add those member in group based on their region. Now create an automation rule :- Issue Trigger >> Create Issue Add multiple If else Conditions based on member region or jira time…

It's weird. Try with other multi-line text field, is it working or not ?. It should work, I have tested on my Cloud instance with Description field, Default text rendering removed icons.
-
Glad to hear we are able to help you out :)
-
Hi @Munir Patel You can hide these icons from Field Configuration, Currently it's set to "Wiki Style Rendering" change it defaults text renders, then icons get disappeared from this field. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/change-a-field-configuration/
-
Hi @Yuliia Vyborova In email body, I think you used wrong lookup issue syntax, try this :- {{#lookupIssues}} * {{key}}-- {{summary}} -- {{assignee}} {{/}}
-
@Syed Majid Hassan -Exalate- Very Interesting and knowledge full article. Really like this article, one of the best.
-
@Tharindu Randipa Yes, for this you need to add Server side script for Epic Link field in Behaviour. Sample Script :- import com.onresolve.jira.groovy.user.FieldBehaviours import groovy.transform.BaseScript import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import com.atlassian.jira.issue.Issue import…

@Casper Glad to hear solution works for you 🥳 kindly accept the solution.
-
@Casper Give it a try, it should work. Make changes in rule as per your subtask name.
-
@Casper Here is the complete working rule. Screen Recording Link ;- https://we.tl/t-E4quu4fm6t Kindly check. Please update subtask name in JQL as per your project.
-
You need to contact your organization, JIRA admin.
-
Hi @Seosaph Infotech Welcome to Atlassian Community! For this issue you need to contact your JIRA admin, check project notification scheme, check for events Notification scheme is enabled and check Outgoing Email is enabled or not in System Configuration >> Mail >> Outgoing email.
-
Hi @Tharindu Randipa Using Scriptrunner behaviour you can fill tickets details when user enters Epic Link field value.
-
Hi @Lim Yu Bai Welcome to Atlassian Community! Kindly correct the tags, as per the screenshot it seems that you are using JIRA server/DC not using Jira Cloud. This error is due to user picker field, It seems that you entered user name instead of user ID which is active in JIRA. Try to replace name with username / user ID…
-
Hi @Casper Try to add "Related Issue Condition" after Parent branch and before Action.
-
Hi @Meenakshi G Try to pay via Credit card it should work. Please check international payment limit on card, by default it's off by bank.
-
Glad to hear it works for you :) If Both issue type are using separate workflow, then you have to apply condition in both workflows.
-
@Manoj it's weird. Working fine on my side. Try to add another post function, use only. (issue.issueType.name == 'Bug') && (issue.priority?.name == 'Major'|| issue.priority?.name == 'Minor')
-
@Manoj if you are applying this post function on create transition, then move it below "Creates the issue originally" post function. All conditions ( issue and priority) meet when creating an issue ?
-
Hi @Manoj Are you using Script runner "Send Custom email post function" or you are using some other custom email post function plugin ? You can test the script by performing action on the issue. In Post function, you can't test script condition, you can only check preview of email.
-
Hi @Manoj Try to apply this condition :- (issue.issueType.name == 'Bug' || issue.issueType.name == 'Story') && (issue.priority?.name == 'Major'|| issue.priority?.name == 'Minor')

Hi @César Muñoz I think in General Configuration >> Allow unassigned issues is OFF, that's why not showing option to set default assignee unassigned, Project Lead is the default assignee in such case. If you are Jira admin, kindly try to turn it ON or you can create a new user with username unassigned and set that user…
