Hi @Kris Desmadryl Who is going to see the screen? The customer or the agent? If the latter then this is possible. What you can also do is create a queue that contains a specific organisation and all their requests. status in (Escalated, Implementing, "In Progress", Open, "Peer review / change manager approval", Pending,…

HI @Michael Palmer-Gee The word team is a little deceiving. Enter people or team... means signing them up to a licence to be a service desk agent. Jira Service Desk doesn't really use teams as you are describing. The way I use JSD is as follows: I've set up Customers into Organizations as we have multiple customers around…
-
Hi @Andrea Urban Don't you hate inheritance of the software kind. ;-) I am not entirely sure what you mean by the ServiceDesk plugin. Jira Service Desk is just another project type in Jira Core. When adding a project one is asked to install a Kanban style project or a Classic Software project or a Service Desk project. My…

Hi @Babak Aldavoud You must have received an email at some point, I would start there, at the very least check the email address you receive an Atlassian email and use that as your username. .Mike
-
Hi @Ben Berry It is not possible on the legacy Jira Service Desk. I am sure someone on the Next-Gen views can confirm if this is possible. .Mike
-
Yes, could do something like that @RamR but it's April's fools and there is bound to be one somewhere regardless of all the doom and gloom about. Our teams have really taken to working from home and coming up with nifty ideas, challenges and things to keep everyone busy. We have a lot of jokers about, so I am sure someone…

Hi @anders.runningen It is not possible. The Customize button regardless of which portal you are in under your account, is a global help center. I agree it would be nice to have a customized header for each of your portals. Although if you had more than 3 portals (in my case I have 9), this could mean a lot of extra work.…
-
Hi @e.bremer Sorry for the delay in response, I've been on holiday. No, you do not pay for customers invited by agents. Customers are free to use your portal. Kind regards, Mike
-
Hi @e.bremer Only paid users (internal) who have access to your atlassian domain will have access to the Portal. The other option "Customers my team adds to the project" means your agents will have to physically invite them by adding their email addresses to the Organisation under Customers. You could leave it on that…
-
Hi @e.bremer Absolutely. From Project Settings do the following? * Customer Permissions - Under the heading - Who can access the portal and send to XXXXX Service Desk? - Select option 2 radio button - Anyone with an account on your Atlassian domain. I am assuming a customer wouldn't have access to your Atlasssian domain.…

Hi @Devaprakash G And I can't create Next Gen Service Desk projects, but can create classic Jira Service Desk. Let us swap jobs. If you are not seeing this option, it is probably because you are on the new system. Atlassian are rolling this out slowly. I think it would be best to contact Atlassian Support, maybe they can…
-
Hi @duncan.baillie Yes, there is that problem... good luck! -Mike
-
Hi @Nicolas Gueuning You can go to Jira Settings, Billings and click on Manage subscriptions. This will show each of the Active Subscriptions and here you can manage your users. Simply find the customer in amongst your paid subscriptions and remove them. Then add the customer to the Customers - Organisation in Jira Service…
-
Hi @Elaine_Sanchez What are you trying to achieve? If you can provide more information that would be great! -Mike
-
Hi @Debora Birbeck I had a similar problem when I along with a couple of other people were tasked to create ISO documentation for our company. There were hundreds of pages, and having delegated the pages to various people, I wanted to quickly see who had done what and when and what version they were on. Report Example with…
-
Hi @duncan.baillie There isn't and I also thought it would be a fairly basic requirement, but alas!-sian ;-) You can though download a plugin, which I would highly recommend called QC Documents for Confluence Cloud and along with a macros for the version number, it also had a whole bunch of useful features for the Page…
-
Hi @Nicolas Gueuning Adding a customer to Jira Service Desk via Customers - Organisations, should not interfere with your overall Jira Licences as adding customers to be able to use the Customer Portal to raise requests and to access the knowledge base is a free option. Provided you have followed these steps. In Jira…
-
Hi @Jose Email incoming. -Mike
-
Hi @Jose Send an email to mrjackblackbeard@gmail.com and I'll post a spreadsheet template for you. -Mike
-
Hi @preranm FYI, you've logged this request under Jira Service Desk. It should really be under Confluence... simple mistake ;-) What you can try and do is create a page and add a User List Macro. Under Group type * then click Save and Publish. This should provide you with a long list of users. If you do a search (CTRL+F)…
-
Hi @Kai_Rehm What you need to do to set this up is go to Project Settings: * Customer Permissions - Who can access the portal and send request to Service Desk Project* Select Customers my team adds to the project. * Who can customers share request with? * Select Other customers in their organization. This option only…
-
Hi @Ben_Weiner What do you mean by Categories? Is this a custom field in Jira Service Desk? Maybe if you can provide a screenshot that would better describe the question. Or are you talking about the knowledge base categories (if this then yes, you can create multiple categories and assign posts to them). -Mike
-
Hi @[deleted] For the Notify To field, what are the default values of this field? I can see this field is a group field and this is not normally associated with an organizations instead user names unless you have defined values. Is it your intention for this field to have a list of organizations or users? Has the Notify To…

Wow! thanks a lot @Monique vdB I see there is quite the party going on already. :-D I can say since joining the Atlassian Community, which was not a long time ago, I have thoroughly enjoyed answering questions, reading answers and interacting with some really clever / not so clever people, which is okay, because we all…

Woohoo! :-) this is very nice badge! Thanks Atlassian Community. Well done @Jack Brickey and @Poorvi Jhawar
-
Hi @Adam Denter Try logging out and clearing your browse cache. Then log back in and see if that helps. -Mike
-
Hi @montagmorgens Have you checked your Confluence Settings (click the Avatar bottom left) and under Your Settings - Email turn off the various check boxes that are applicable. Also check out Watches tab. If you are watching a page and something happens to it, you will be notified. -Mike
-
Hi @Anand Rajaraman There is no other way. You don't have permission to delete pages. You need to ask your Confluence Administrator to give you extra permissions or add you to a group that can delete pages. I don't allow my colleagues to delete pages unless they have put in a request, which is assessed first. -Mike
-
@Agent Then I guess you could use some form of automation... There was an automation for Jira, but it's going to be incorporated into Jira (as they bought the company)... I would have recommended this plugin. It was very powerful, more so than the default automation. But presently I would say just add the people to the…

Hi @Anne Bihouee Okay, Try this. Go to Project Settings - Customer Permissions - does your screen look like this? Once it is set up like the above, go to Customers - and see if you are able to add organisations. -Mike
