Isn't it provided by some apps already?

Hello Mandeep Singh, We need a bulk update to allow us to set different values on the given field for different issues. Several other vendors raised the same requirement in the comments on the corresponding Jira ticket. Cheers, Jack
-
@Scot Angus, Did you really mean Jira Server when posting your question? I'm asking because you wrote that your company "moved recently" but Jira Server is not offered by Atlassian anymore. Cheers, Jack
-
@Pritam Shirahatti in Jira you need an app to create checklist. There are several of them available, but you can focus on the free checklist apps for Jira or most popular paid checklist apps.

Hi, When you use the Automated mode, it logs time for the assignee only. But manually, you can use the "Log Work" option from Jira or the "+" button in the Clockwork panel: Please contact our support if more assistance is required. Cheers, Jack

@Karyna Tyrnavska _SaaSJet, This question is strictly related to Issue Checklist Free. Seeing your ads in every place where the "checklist" keyword is mentioned feels a bit out of line. That includes commenting on old threads that your team is practicing. I recommend going through community guidelines for partners that…

@Hi @Cristina Klipii, For Checklist for Jira Cloud or Issue Checklist, please contact our support directly at https://herocoders.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 We will need some more information to troubleshoot the problem.

Hello Shawn, Issue Checklist does not support offline mode. As far as I can see, Jira mobile itself does not support it, too, so I suspect plugin developers might have no way to support it anyway.
-
Issue Checklist Free allows searching for issues based on checklist status as per the documentation.
-
If it is an Issue Checklist Pro or Issue Checklist Free, then Add Checklist button should be available by default, as visible on the screenshot below. Unless it was disabled in the configuration.
-
@Rudy Tixhon In you case you can mark some items as optional in Issue Checklist. This way, the validator set on a "Start progress" transition will check only mandatory items.
-
What is described in the article linked above can be configured in the following way: https://herocoders.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IC/pages/1247543351/Statuses+settings
-
I can confirm that marking items as done is the correct behavior in this case. I'll put a ticket on the backlog to let users choose the default behavior.
-
Hi Tim, Could you please provide a screenshot explaining what/how you want to color? Jack

You can also try Marketplace apps. There are plenty of free options available.
-
Hi @Khawaja Shajar Shadman, You need to uninstall one version of the plugin. That will solve the problem. Your data stays safe and will be automatically available in the version you leave installed.
-
Hi @Nicholas Rodney, Depending on which checklist plugin you use the answer might differ. For Issue Checklist Pro and Issue Checklist Free, there is a validator available that blocks transition if the checklist is not done. You can find details in Issue Checklist…
-
Hi @Amar Bashir, By using Issue Checklist Free app, you could ask Jira following JQL instead: checklistItemsCount < 5 or activeChecklistItems > 0 The first one returns all issues with less than 5 acceptance criteria items. The second one returns all issue with non-completed acceptance criteria items. The JQL statements can…

Please show also the edit issue details on the screenshot.
-
You need to set proper rule conditions, so it doesn't start when you don't need it.
-
For further reference, we are investigating the issue internally as a support case.
-
Alright, in that case, we would need to know your Jira URL and Checklist Text field ID to look at it on our side. Did you already raise a support request? If yes, we will assist there. If not, please raise a request at https://herocoders.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 Cheers, Jack

In that case, it might be that the incorrect Checklist Text field is visible on the issue screen. Can you please check your Jira custom fields list to see if there are duplicates for the Checklist Text field? Also, how do you put data/value in the Checklist Text field? Manually, Automation, API?
-
Hello @Bruna Junckes Sant Anna, The checklist stays in sync with the Checklist Text custom field only if the sync feature is enabled in configuration. Please check/enable the sync toggle as described in this guide: https://herocoders.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IC/pages/907542582/Enable+disable+custom+fields+integration Let…

Hello @[deleted], You can try a free version of Issue Checklist for Jira or its paid sibling Issue Checklist for Jira Pro. It gives you the possibility to define checklists and add them manually or automatically to Jira issue. There is no configuration required and you can start adding checklist items right after…
-
@Olga Blyumin, The notification is added by Jira when Issue Checklist updates custom fields. The only way to disable notification is by disabling custom fields integration in Issue Checklist, as explained in Issue Checklist docs. There are two tickets open in Jira that would help disable notifications and still use Issue…
