@Sreenadh , you cannot control the Create subtask button or UI button which is available on the view screen. It is yet to implement in JIra and you can vote on the feature here [JRACLOUD-44557] Restrict issue creation based on issue type - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

@Sreenadh there is a sequence of configuration steps that you will have to follow. * create the custom fields Category, Change reason .... ref: Create a custom field | Atlassian Support * once you create them associated with screens ref: Add a custom field to a screen | Atlassian Support * confirm the screens are…

@Aileen Murphy , what do you want to do with those tasks? Template selection will be based on the type of tasks and for which team you are creating these tasks. If these are development tasks/stories then you should select scrum(if your team follows time-bounded releases) or kanban(if there are no time limits). Jira Work…

@nilesh.shah , you can use the JQL something like this created > startOfDay() and created < "2022/011/25 8:00" . Create filters based on your shifts and use in gadgets such as Two Dimensional Filter or Created vs Resolved or even Recently Created Chart

@[deleted] you will have to verify and claim the new domain. You can also refer to this thread Solved: Single Sign On - Email Domain Change (atlassian.com)

@Carlyle Brown , you cannot have a separate section for something like "Created Issues From the Rule" but you can see the issue keys under Associated Items from the above snapshot and which also describes the from which "Actions" the result has generated. @Ivan Andrieiev if you have Scriptrunner installed on your system, then you can use the below expression in the Task workflow issue.subtasks.filter(subtask => subtask.status.name == 'Done').length == issue.subtasks.length

Hi @Malin Rathjen If you are talking about the CSV importer functionality then it does exist in the Jira cloud and you can make the functionality available to Jira users as well without giving them full admin access. This can be done through Make bulk changes Global permission and associating the jira-users group.
-
@Carlyle Brown You can identify it from the Automation Audit logs, something similar to the below one. The automation rule will show the newly created subtasks links as well.
-
@Mohammed Asif as you have tagged jira-server, what are the addons installed on your system?

@ranil.fernando , there are no restrictions on such updates by default. You can update the fields after completing the issue as well. Please check the field is present on the relevant screen and screen layout. Thanks

@Ashima Bhatia This SSO add-on is only meant for configuring authentication methods for your Jira users. Hence, the addon will not have references at the project, issues, and user levels. However, if you want to verify, you can do it from the login page. Try in incognito mode or re-logging into the application and see if…

Hi @Raj Goshikonda , By default, the functionality is yet to be built for Jira, there is already a feature request in Atlassian's bucket [JRACLOUD-41352]. However, you can try the third-party app JMWE which has event-based automation to update custom fields.

@prasad karri by referring to the release notes: Jira 9.4 Long Term Support release upgrade guide | Atlassian Support | Atlassian Documentation

@prasad karri, the versions are not compatible enough with Jira 9.4. It would be best if you upgrade them first.

@Ashima Bhatia , this app provides SAML SSO connectivity which will be configurable only from System sections under the Security panel. If you find any connection details added under tabs such as SSO 2.0 or Authentication methods (again as I said, depending on the version the name could be different), that means your Jira…

I would suggest this way: You can set some rules for appending the nationality with the user's display name combination at the Active Directory level (obviously, you will have to work with your AD/IT admin for this) and integrate it with Atlassian Access. which means the user's display names will get pulled from AD along…
-
@FBMT admin , this means that your account is managed by your Organization Admin as Managed Accounts through Atlassian Access. You have to check with your Org Admin first.

Hi @Selvi Vithilinga , what is your end goal? I can see that your deployment type is cloud and hence you cannot add directly. You will have to write your own plugin using Atlassian Connect Framework or Forge
