@Paul(us) if you paste a google sheet link as the name of a card, you can preview and edit it directly in Trello! https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/link-cards/
-
@sudo-chuck to submit a feature request, you'll need to go to https://trello.com/contact
-
@Katherine Williams i don't know if a specific plan has that, but there are power-ups that do things like this. Primarily Rewind's Backups for Trello, but also the Amazing Field's Power-Up has a feature that does this too.
-
@Michał Rybicki not that i know of (unless you have the automation set up that i explained below) because it doesn't show up in the Activity Details.
-
@Dawn Newman i believe you'd need to set up automation for this to happen. I don't know exactly how to do it in Jira, but it's pretty easy in Trello. You'd just want a custom field or something that specifies the link to the jira issue:
-
@Peters Rit Virtual Business Support yep, i think you've hit the ways I know to do it: - build the automation (but admittedly not mean to support two way sync, so it sounds like you've hit the limits there) - linking cards together and viewing them - using something like Unito which is meant for two way sync. I'd recommend…

@Michał Rybicki is it possible that you didn't save? Or is it possible that someone created some automation in the board that would clear the description? One way I like to always make sure versions of descriptions are saved (if i care about that) is to have an automation trigger for posting a comment when the description…

@Adam Motyl-Szary yeah the emojis are how I typically do it if i want to style them. I haven't actually thought about using PixieBrix for that, but it definitely could work. PixieBrix is a low code browser automation tool that lets you manipulate various things in your browser; i work at PixieBrix, so let me know if you…

I had no idea you could specify defaults for the link embeds, that's awesome!
-
@kay.Benjamin yeah that would be a cool feature! if you have a feature request, you can share it at https://trello.com/contact
-
If you go here and login it should work: https://trello.com/
-
Yes this should work!
-
@Jan Mikołajczak i don't know of a way to change it. You can submit a feature request at https://trello.com/contact
-
@Robert Chisholm yep i believe so because you can only have one due date on a card, and that "move by same amount of time" action is only available on due dates
-
@Tommy Sharp yeah! in the screenshot above, those are both embedded in the comment. You can't select multiple files at once, but you can click the attach, insert a file, and then click again and it will insert the next one below it, but still inside the comment.
-
@Robert Chisholm ah i don't think you can do it that way because what you need is this action in the due date actions but that option doesn't exist in the fields for custom date fields. (That bottom action i the closest you can get but it won't shift by the same amount of time, so i don't think it's going to help)
-
@James Martin glad to hear it!
-
@Vivier Tïa im still not sure what you mean - are you talking about Table View? If you are talking about one of these views, then yes it's a premium feature so you'd need to upgrade your workspace.
-
@Jan Mikołajczak right, i was just trying to show a wide to hide part of it. There's no way to hide the entire checklist (that i know of) on web or desktop
-
Ah okay. Yeah I admittedly haven't used that section in a while so i forgot what it looked like before but i see from the screenshots. This must be something they're testing.
-
Hey there, im not sure what you're talking about... i am not seeing any new list views. Can you show a screenshot of what you mean?
-
@Qwerty Qwerty so you can't make them appear only in a specific list unfortunately, and as far as visibility, if you had this field unchecked then it means other people in the board won't see the button. I just tested and confirmed that my partner who is in the same board where i have this button cannot see the button.
-
@Jan Mikołajczak great question! I don't believe so, but you can choose the option to hide completed items (i find that to be helpful if i have a lot of checklists) Great idea for a feature request though! Feel free to submit it at https://trello.com/contact
-
To chain on to what @Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows is saying, if the related cards are attached to the card, you could create a rule that says "when the due date changes, for each card attached, move the due date by the same amount"
-
@Tommy Sharp i think you can click the attachment item as many times as you want for an attachment. It puts them inline and adds them as attachment to the cards. Are you expecting some of the behaviour?
-
@James Martin i;d recommend reaching out to the extension developer and asking - they should have some support option you can find when clicking on the chrome extension icon. Since it's not officially supported by Trello, they won't be able to help, and I have no experience with that extension so I can't give any context…
-
@Vivier Tïa what dashboard do you mean? Are you talking about Dashboard views in Trello? If so, did you have a free trial and not upgrade? Dashboard views are a premium feature, so if you got a free trial but didn't upgrade, you would have lost them.
-
@Dan Sullivan have you created a support ticket? https://trello.com/contact We can't help you here in the community as we don't have access to your account.
-
@PH i believe it's because youre Atlassian ID is probably cached in your browser. If you try clearing your cache or in an incognito browser, you'll have to log back in. Typically folks prefer login being cached as they don't want to have to put their password in all the time. This is pretty standard across some other…
