Oh also, you can use the External Share Power-Up to only share certain lists. So you could perhaps structure your board where you have a list for each freelancer and then you use External Share to create a link with just that list and send that to the freelancer. They won't be able to interact with it quite like a normal…

What @Gaurav Kataria mentioned is definitely the way to go. I helped someone build boards and we created a single board for the manager and each contractor had their own board. We built some pretty robust automation so that the manager could work in their board that had all the projects and then sync the details to each…

Hey @Navi Force ! The world is your oyster with Trello!! So many things you can do. I generally start all my boards with To Do/Doing/Done, and then evolve as i realize there are more stages. For instance, I'm currently moving and i ended up creating multiple lists for the types of projects that need to be done, so i have…

@cbrechlin you could create an automation that assigns the person who created the card. Like this: That {username} variable is the person who does the action. So if i create a card, it will add me. If you create a card, it will add you.
-
You'd need to have a way to reference the existing card, but if you can do that either by the name of the card or adding it as an attachment, then you can "find/lookup" the card, and then reference {foundcarddescription}. And you can append text to the original card by doing…

@Dr_ Michele Ross just tried this out and i can't reproduce - i see the box that i have to uncheck, which i agree is annoying , but once i uncheck that, it seems to default to the board i connected and if i change it to another board, then it defaults to the last one i used, which i think would be expected for me. If…

@Daniel i don't think there's really a way to do that with checklist items, but there are a ton of power-ups that do things like this at a card level! would you be able to make your checklist items cards? (You could still have a "meta issue" that has a checklist of all the cards if you needed one card to show everything.…

@Ben Miller not sure if you're familiar with regex, but you can use regex in these automations, like this: Just copy this and paste into the "set to" box: regex:/.*(Arizona).*/ (you can change Arizona to whatever and you can add multiple like this: regex:/.*(Arizona|arizona|Arkansas|arkansas).*/
-
@Rachael Woodward you can do this by going to the Trello settings in Slack and turning off the one for "skip card customization"
-
So stoked for this to come to iPhone!!

Canada!!!

@隅谷 佑子 are you trying to assign yourself to a card? If you click the members button and choose yourself, you'll be assigned to the card and your profile photo will show up on the front and back of the card
-
If I'm understanding correctly, I think you'll maybe also want to use gmail filters for forwarding emails from those other accounts to your trello inbox's email account
-
@Kim Holberg Andersen i dont think the time zones should be affecting it. What doe the error message say?
-
@Araç Proje do you see the lists in archived items? If so, you can send them back to the board.
-
@Andy Harris you're so welcome!! by the way, if you want more trello tips, I've got a substack where i share trello tips and tricks each week: https://trello.substack.com/ and i also create a lot of content on my youtube channel about trello: https://www.youtube.com/c/brittanyjoiner
-
@Andy Harris i'd recommend turning it off and using Trello Automation to set up repeating cards. It's easier to customize and keep track of : https://trello.com/guide/automate-anything#calendar-and-due-date-commands
-
yes this!
-
@Ruthy Labrador where are you seeing this? The calendar sync doesn't really have anything to do with premium plans. The calendar view inside Trello is a premium feature, but unrelated to the syncing between google calendar. (You can also use the Calendar Power-Up for free if you just want to sync between google).
-
@Awatif Osman hard to diagnose this without more details. I would ask the board creator to create an invite link and send to you and try joining via that.
-
@Guy Savard i believe it's because the emails are on separate lines and should instead be separated by semicolons ; Something like this: Try that and let me know if it works?
-
@Alex Santana if the board is public and a template, you should see a button at the top to copy it: If it's not a template, you can still copy it by clicking the three dots in the top right of the board and choosing the Copy Board option: Copying a board has nothing to do with premium features, but if you're using a free…

@ACE this sounds like a great feature request! You should be able to go through the support channels to create a feature request: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
@Andy Harris do you know anyone in the workspace/board that has that original card you can't access? Or are you able to see that? Do you have the card repeater power-up on your board? What happens if you remove that power-up?
-
@Araç Proje do you have a filter turned on? If you check in the toolbar you might see something like this: If so, click the Clear all and you should see more cards. The next thing I usually recommend is checking Archived Items, but seems you've done that. Lastly, if you still don't see them, click the three dots at the top…

Agree with @Kelly Gabel and @Mike - Dreamsuite Consulting 's sentiments. Breaks my heart when the team tries to make some changes that have been asked for before (they don't make this stuff up), and then we can't handle the change. It's like label gate all over again. It takes some iteration to get it right, and I don't…
-
@Martin Østergaard i don't believe Trello uses those settings, but i could be wrong. Would make a great feature request! I'll request assistance from support here to confirm.
-
Yes this!

@Solution Perfect_ Info im not familiar with the butler template, but are you talking about the board name? You can just click the title and start typing to change it. Press enter to save.

@Réti Péter i think its just because thats how replying works- the comment is grabbing the whole content of the reply, which includes the previous email before it. Other tools like Github do the same i believe. When i have to respond by email, i tend to do something like this... click the three dots and clear all the…
