@mail you'll need to reach out to support, this isn't something we can help you with as we're just other trello users
-
@Peter Bakker i think you might be talking about non-trello card links placed inside a card? If thats the case you can't change the image it grabs for that. That's something that is set on the webpage of the link itself via opengraph tags or metadata.
-
@Matt Hyson you'll need to reach out to support ( https://trello.com/contact ), this isn't something we can help you with, we're just other trello users and enthusiasts.
-
@Ana Ramirez is this in a notification menu? on mobile or desktop/browser? and if browser, which browser?
-
@Mike Hancoski you're trying to search by custom fields, I don't think i know of any free ones that will let you do that. Blue Cat Reports lets you create lists searching custom fields, but it's not free.
-
@Tabitha Arment this seems like it might be a bug, they should be there! Are they showing up now?
-
@Đức Long Đặng okay perfect, was just going to say make a support ticket but you're a step ahead! Looking forward to seeing what they say!
-
@Jefferson Hauptmann what do you mean by "i need to insert item by item monthly to get all items created"? It looks likes the automation is saying when you set that date, it creates all those items isn't it?
-
@Christy Hamilton you can do this with Trello scheduled automations. Go to Automations --> Scheduled and then you create an automation trigger of "every weekday", and then for the action, do one of the following: 1) go to the Lists section and click the "move" button to select "copy", then specify a list to copy (maybe you…

@Đức Long Đặng following this question because someone else asked it recently and I wasn't exactly sure the answer.
-
@Dussart you'll want to use Butler/Automation Variables to do this! You can learn more about them here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/automation-variables/ But specifically you want to update the email content in that automation to say {cardboardname} - {cardname} moved to {cardduedate}
-
@Ajinkya Khedkar i'm not sure how you would do the snapshots, but there are apps like Rewind's Backup Power-Up and Amazing Fields Power-Up has a feature that will back up your boards. I don't know how to make it email them to you, but these make daily backups
-
@Anne-Sophie Hessels you'll want to tag all the rules and then you can share that library of tags with someone. Admittedly its a bit cumbersome and confusing and doesn't always work quite the way I need it to, but it's meant to serve this purpose! You can learn more about them here:…

@Colin Scott did you get this sorted out?
-
Yes same here! Just got the email for this and was excited to see that haha.
-
Already some great options, but here's another one! I like using the List Limits Power-Up. You can set any arbitrary number for the limit of the list and it will always show at the top how many cards are on the list. Also, if you're a paid Trello user, you can collapse the list, and when it's collapses, you'll see the…
-
@Rasmus Wulff Jensen someone else mentioned they saw this across the community, looks like there's been some performance issue going on but they're working on it, and I assume it should be resolved soon!
-
@Isha sounds like you might need an enterprise account? You can view the Trello pricing plans here. Note that the domain level sign up is available in enterprise but requires minimum of 50 licenses. If you have less employees than that, you can create any non-enterprise workspace and invite people to join via a link (just…
-
@Kirsty Prasad hey! wanted to follow up and see if this solved the issue for you? If so, if you can please accept this answer, it will help others be able to quickly find a solution!
-
@Lisa Miller i don't know of a way to do that directly, but it looks like you can convert Excel files to mpp according to microsoft support docs. And you can export a trello board to excel format via a bunch of power-ups, Exports by Blue Cat is the one I'm most familiar with. And if you go to the three dot menu on a board…
-
@empower quran no you should still be able to access all the content on your boards! If you are over the 10 collaborator limit, then you won't be able to _edit_ the content, but you should still be able to view everything!
-
@Daniela Maia no limit, but if any of the people you invite are part of more than one board in that same workspace, you'll be charged for them so just keep that in mind!
-
@Charity-Anne Ashby im assuming it's fixed 10 pounds, but I'd probably need a UK user to confirm that for sure.
-
@charles.pylad you can still assign users to the card, they just won't appear on the front of the card! This is intentional as the cover is meant for styling the card in a specific way to make it stand out and remove any "clutter". But you can still see members when you open the card, and that card will show up if you add…
-
@Pieter definitely not a great idea to post login information on a public forum like this. I'd recommend you edit your post. Also, when you say you access through google, did you mean that you signed in via gmail? I'm not sure what you mean by google. This support article helps with troubleshooting login…
-
WOOP WOOP! Get excited!! I'm so hyped we're finally doing this and have a place to channel all our Trello shenanigans!
-
Reply on that ticket and ask if they've had a chance to look
-
@Colin Scott seems weird that she would be able to add cards, the board updates on her end, but you can't view the updated changes. I can't think of what would be causing this, so you might need to reach out to support https://trello.com/contact
-
@pei_iborra_gmail_com ah just saw your answer lol. Love and hate when it's something simple like that. Good catch!
-
I was on a trello card and just added `.json` to the end of the url which shows you the available JSON. So when you do A), are you using id or idModel? I would try using the opposite of whatever you're using. But it should just be the straight up `id`, which i assume you have been using. If that's the case, then you may…
