@benjlai I don’t work for Trello but you can set up 2FA on your account, should see it on your account settings. also if I’m understanding correctly the impact was data leaked that was already public
-
@Mateusz Maciejewski no problem, glad to hear it!
-
@Paul i see the pic now. Looks like you're on Android, I assume this is something they're testing there. I don't see this on iOS. See if you can go to your account settings on the app and if there is an option for "bet a beta tester", you may have some setting there or something turned on? If not, then it's probably not…

@Gary Gordon you can watch a board. Here's more docs about what that includes: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/watching-cards-lists-and-boards/ Just open the board settings (three dots on the top right of a board) and click the watch option:
-
@Sarah Flamant you'd probably want to create a custom field called "Created" that is set with the username of whoever creates a card (built with Trello Automation) and use some reporting Power-Ups like Placker or Screenful or Blue Cat Reports to create a table that breaks out cards by that custom field.
-
@Dussart yeah archived list, comments, and card activity is not able to be copied over. I believe this is intentional, and as @Rasmus Wulff Jensen mentioned you might be able to make some sort of scrape and create thing with the APIs but it would be run by the user and i think you'd have to build something — nothing I know…

@Alejandro Flores Mosquera unfortunately this isn't a setting you can change at the moment. You can make a feature request for this by submitting a ticket via https://trello.com/contact
-
@[deleted] i believe you can go to your profile and change your email address, these docs explain how: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-an-email-address/

@rodolfo juan veneri I think you can just buy them by upgrading your workspace, right? If you want to get in touch with sales, you can fill out this form here: https://trello.com/enterprise#contact

@Mateusz Maciejewski I'm flagging this issue for Atlassian support to take a look at
-
@Paul can you show a screenshot? I'm not sure what you mean. Are you talking about mobile app or browser?
-
@robbie_hemsley oh you don't want to use automation then! Just go to the top of the card and click the list name, and you'll see a modal appear for moving it, and it will have all the lists that you can select from:
-
@Brodie Lee-Little yes! you'll use this action for "create a new card" and use the title {cardname} to copy the trigger card name, and then you'll go to the Fields set of actions, and pick the custom fields and reference the custom field values from the trigger cards. These docs explain more about how to reference custom…

You could use the Email for Trello Power-Up! You wouldn't need to set up another tool like Zapier, it will connect to your Gmail and you can send emails automatically by setting up automation with comments. They've got an article with more about how to do it here: https://www.sendboard.com/automation-in-trello I also made…

@Lucas Yoshida to answer your initial question, you'll want to use a trigger for "when all checklists are completed in a card" and then choose the action for "move card to __" and pick your completed list! You can find the automation section by clicking hte lightning bolt at the top toolbar in Trello and then choosing…
