@Sean Kang aww hearing stuff like this literally makes my day/week/month. So glad to hear that!! And thanks for the sub, that is PERFECT!
-
Sorry, i still dont think i understand the question. I believe if you delete them in atlassian it will delete them in the trello
-
@Paul Tierney yep as @Carolina Lopez mentioned - you are referencing a different variable in your message. Change message to {$Meeting_Activity} and it should work!
-
@Kelly Gabel yeah ive noticed it sometimes takes a few minutes for it to catch up too. Glad it's working for you and might solve something for your client!
-
@Sean Kang it's a sneaky one - those actions are in the Cascade section!! Here's a loom: https://www.loom.com/share/04b8cc0ab3e14fd9aa6674b26de5722d
-
@davidrwood you can request features by going through support: https://trello.com/contact That should route you to the right place.
-
I can click a button to escalate this and ask a support member to look at it, but I believe if you truly deleted it they do not have a way to revive it.
-
OH lol ignore me, you already accepted 😂 You should definitely still join the trailblazers though!
-
Woohoo! Im so glad to hear that! Would you mind clicking the Accept Answer button so folks who are looking for the same know there's an answer in here? @Eric Johnsa awesome!! Yeah Gaurav is Head of Product at Trello! I'm always super appreciative of his time in here seeing what users are looking for and answering questions!!
-
@Iqbal Deol You should be able to search in the filter on a board with the keyword (ie whatever you'd be searching for) and it will look across custom fields. Press "f" from any board to open the filter and then type your query and hit enter
-
Hahah nope. And you can really only report them if you're a paid user.
-
@Sean Kang hey Sean! you can do this with automation. I'm sure Jira is the same, where it's possible but with automation, although I'm not for sure. I don't think I've actually made an exact video about this use case yet, but it would be a good idea because I think a lot of people want to do it. In the meantime, here are…
-
@PM Company Maria are you trying to keep track of when a task was last completed, and then changing the due date? If so, I think you'll be able to do this more efficiently by creating a custom date field called Last Completed and then building some automation around that. I do something like that in my Chore board so I can…
-
@Claire Abenes hey Claire! Not experiencing this, but I just flagged this issue for Atlassian Support to take a look at. Are you by any chance using Firefox? I've seen a few similar bugs reported around Firefox. If you can share the browser and device you're using, and maybe a screen share (you can use Loom), that will…
-
@Isabel Jones can you show a screenshot of what you mean?
-
@Barbara Emerson hahah wish I could offer you a place to stay here! I think i'd have to move before I chose a life without internet! That being said, I don't know a way you can export everything in one go, but each board has an option to export cards! You can learn more about the details of it…
-
@Eric Johnsa feel free to answer Gaurav's answer! That is helpful in case others have the same question!
-
@Vito Roppo can you share a screenshot of what you see when you open a card and what they see when they open the same card? Off the top of my head, the only thing I can think of is that perhaps you or they are offline and the updates you're making to the description are not being saved or synced?
-
@Ricardo Gonzalez to be honest im not sure i understand the difference. You want them deactivated in atlassian, but fully deleted in trello? As far as I know, the IDs are the one and the same, so if they are deleted in atlassian they will be deleted in trello, or if deactivated in atlassian, deactivated in trello.
-
@davidrwood oooh interesting. i hadn't noticed this yet. i actually think that's kinda useful as I sometimes wanted to see what the actual email looked like and not the blargh-y markdown. But if you're wanting to remove that... Via Trello Automation I unfortunately don't know of any ways to do that via trello automation. I…

@Paul Tierney just saw your comment above - can you show me a screenshot of your automation? you should have some code for the variable creating the report, and then reference that in the email message body

@Sigrún Lilja Smáradóttir looks like support is sorting you out! Would you mind clicking the Accept Answer button on either my answer or Renato's so folks who are looking for the same know there's an answer in here? -
@Melis Ogutcu Brechot it will need to be a bit more complicated than that. You'll probably need to make a "trigger" list and then make two automations to do this. 1. Create a scheduled automation to select the card every 12 weeks Note: you'll use the filter icon next to "each card" on the Move cards action to set the name,…

@Ric Hardford woohoo! im so glad to hear it! And thank you for saying that - I love doing it! @Ялченко Сергей if a list is archived click the three dots at the top right of the board, and choose "archived items". Then click "Switch to lists" and look for your list. Click the Send to board button to send it back to your board.
