@Oyesina Oyerinde i can't give you a specific staff, best way to interact with them is via the support form!
-
@François Gendre yay! im glad it helped! and yeah if you're curious - the context is that Trello's automation suite used to be a power-up called ButlerBot, then got shortened to Butler, then got acquired by Trello/Atlassian, and they took a while to change the official name to "Automation", so when you see "butler" it…

@Xavier Rabilloud wow i think i change my list or label names every month sometimes 😂 impressed you haven't! even if you didn't change label names though - the label changes they made earlier this year with the colors could be impacting it because i think those are supposed to say "light green" or something, not just…
-
@Rob Smorenburg happy to help! Feel free to accept this answer so others can see this is resolved.
-
(admittedly i know thats probably a bit annoying, but should help rule out of if something is broken or if too many things like labels and list names have changed since you made the rules and now it doesn't know what to reference)
-
@Xavier Rabilloud none of them are working? Any ones with labels might need to be updated because i think the label changes early in the year messed with some automation. I thought they have fixed those, but maybe not? Also, have you changed the name of any lists? If you change the name of lists, you'll have to update your…

@Noémie BONNAND each zap is a rule, so you can have 5 rules on the free plan. I think they limit to 100 tasks (which is each time the rule executes)
-
It does all the things!!
-
Yeah that should work!
-
@KRepair you might also want to look at Amazing Fields. You can make tabs that hold custom fields on your cards, like this
-
Also you might be interested in the Bulk Actions Power-Up
-
@Lucy Higginbotham use the keyboard shortcut "c" when hovering over a card. then use your mouse and hover, press c, hover, press c, hover, press c... etc. It's game changing!!
-
This definitely seems like it could be the likely culprit here.
-
@Андрей Горохов you'll need to contact support.
-
@Oyesina Oyerinde hey there! Are you asking for someone from Atlassian to come join? Or are you asking for a community member (someone who is passionate about Trello but doesn't work for Atlassian?) I think you might be talking about an employee from Atlassian, if that's the case, you'll need to reach out to support or…

@Ashley Basyooni i think it will just go away once you view more boards. As far as I know there's no way to manually remove that as it's just fetching the recent boards you viewed.
-
@Matt Chambers I agree this would be handy. As far as I know, even though Trello built the Package Tracker Power-Up, i don't think its API is exposed via RestAPI. Might be worth making a feature request? https://trello.com/contact
-
You might want to make a bug report to Trello about this: https://trello.com/contact
-
@Noémie BONNAND what's the automation you're trying to build? Mapping a new card to a row in a sheet? I don't know much about Power Automate, but you can do this with Zapier
-
@Rob Smorenburg i believe i understand what you're asking, and the answer is yes. As long as you're only on one board in that other workspace, that workspace won't be charged for you as a member there.
-
@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows is exactly right! You need to wrap it in regex. You can probably copy and paste what Hannah has there in " " (Here's a video where I show working with regex if you need more of a visual: https://youtu.be/39eWzgziDzE)
-
@jorge roy ruiz alcantara i think you'll want to contact the sales team - you can do this from the pricing page!
-
@要田大地 i dont believe this is available, but you can click the notification that shows "it was moved" and then go to that list and drag it around. Would that work?
-
@Priscila N. Arakaki you could try using Filters - it won't hide the lists exactly, but it will hide all cards that don't meet those specific filters. You could say "cards assigned to me, due this week" and that would only show your cards you're working on.
-
@LUCY TUNLEY i prefer the automation because 1) i keep seeing people reporting bugs with the power-up like this, and i don't know how to get around them, but i don't typically see these issues when using automation; and 2) because i often would get lost with the power-up on what was the original card and how to edit or…
-
@Aubree M_ Andersen You can create card buttons with automation that will do the moving and keep you in the list. I have the same issue as i have one giant inbox that i send all my trello cards to and then sort them out according to respective boards once a week. I created card buttons for the most common places i move…
-
@Jeffrey Green try renaming one workspace to something different. Then you can sort between them and move things around and delete one.
-
@Bhargav _ New Age you could partially get there with Amazing Fields Power-Up because you can have specific fields and control who can see them. But I don't think there's any way to enforce that it doesn't change. Generally custom field changes do appear in the activity details, so if someone changed it you'd be able to…
-
@Natasha Etheridge Depending on what you need to do with custom fields, you could use Amazing Fields. They have premium features but they do have a free version that's very generous with features.
-
@Mathias Tryk I can think of one way to do this, but there might be others. Using automation, create a rule that says when a card is added to the board (or you can say a specific list), set the due date to be in 8 days. And then make a due date rule that says "when a card is due, send an email to me with content {cardname}…
