@Brendan Roberts i believe the tools that they are releasing soon will address this and give you a way to quickly see who is in that count and quickly remove them

@dave_anderson if you go to your trello boards page, you should see your workspaces on the side and buttons prompting you to upgrade Also, from any board, you can open the the left sidebar panel (do this by pressing the [ key, or by clicking the caret in the top left corner), and you should see "workspace settings" options…

@Natalia Kaczkowska i think they are using collaborator as a term that kinda combines user/member/guest/etc, kinda a catch all term. So if you have 50 collaborators, you may or may not need to pay for them all, only those who are part of more than one board
-
@Aaron Keyes yes! guests can do all of those things!
-
@Jeroen Ramakers i don't think that will work because i believe you need a minimum of 50 seats to use the enterprise plan.
-
@Andrew Haberberger there are still a couple months before these changes are taking place, so it sounds like the tools will be available before the changes actually take place. It's another month before anything at all changes, and even then, its just that you can't add new members. You still have another month to sort…

@Sarah Sangiamo everyone in the same workspace would need to be on the same license, but depending on how you set up your boards, you could get premium license for yourself in your workspace and then if folks are only part of one board, they would access those same premium benefits and you wouldn't pay for them (as long as…

@Erica Cassavaugh if folks are just viewing a board, you have a couple of options. 1) you could make the board public and then just share the link to the board. Technically anyone _can_ view that board, but honestly the likelihood of someone random finding it without the link is nearly impossible since Google doesn't index…

@jeremy woods you can make feature requests here! https://trello.com/contact

@Mary McKinney you might be on a premium trial right now and it's letting you know you would have to pay for that member after a trial. As long as you have less than 10 people in a workspace, you won't need to pay for individual users, and even if you do have more than 10 people, if they're only on one board, you probably…
-
@Jodie O_Driscoll hey Jodie! I actually made a video a while ago explaining the differences between the plans. The main thing with Premium is that you get access to more views. If you just want custom fields, advanced checklists, or more than 10 boards/collaborators, you'll probably be just fine with Standard!
-
@Paulo Fraga You should be able to remove team members by going to the workspace members tabs and removing them from there. Do you see them there?
-
@Mike Amaral you'll be charged for each member in your workspace, and any collaborators that are on more than one board. So you can upgrade yourself for your workspace, and then you can have as many people as you want on one board. But if you have those same people on more than one board, you'll need to pay for each user…
-
@Justin Chou so if those people on the board are only part of that one board you won't need to pay for them. Just make sure they're only on that board and not listed on the workspace members section.
-
@Aldrin you can use Power-Ups like Sendboard that let you manage emails in Trello, so if you have a contact on a card, you can create automation so when a card moves to a certain list a certain email is sent. or you can literally send an email by creating a comment. If you don't want to use a power-up, you can do this with…
-
@Nick Ross i believe Trello is planning to release some more admin tools closer to when this change is going to be enforced. But in the meantime, are you able to remove them from your workspace members settings?
-
Thanks for the transparency and heads up on this!

Just the monday morning inspiration that I need! * What goal or mission in your life up to now are you most proud of? Being able to work remotely and be where I want to be and have flexibility to do things like take care of 8 foster cats 😂 * Name the number 1 goal you wish you achieve this year? My side projects pay for my…

@Summer Hogan omg just now seeing this!! This is awesome!! Well deserved :)

Hahah I want to be a power nap person, cause i know those are the most effective. But when i actually do nap, it tends to be a California king haha
-
@[deleted] You'll be paying for anyone who is in those boards, specifically who is in more than one board. So if those 10 individuals are only in one board, you won't have to pay for them (you can add them as single board guests and just add them to the board and not the entire workspace). And in that case you'd only have…

@[deleted] i would encourage you to share your billing questions in this thread - that way if i can't answer them, there might be some other folks here who can!

@Katherine K just saw this comment! so sorry for my delayed response here. Here are some videos where I talk about that! https://youtu.be/5FBqOMbIhNc and https://youtu.be/IMaZ3tso914!

Thanks for the update! This is really cool - was just saying the other day how there aren't really any great ways to collapse a list if you need it to stay available but be out of the way. And styling up the board with colors if always fun too! Also - would DEFINITELY love to see this in mobile app! Things get a bit…

@Lukas Brzozowski thank you so much! I appreciate that! If you're looking for some specialists to consult with, there are a handful here in the community! i made this article rounding them up: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Consultants-Right-Here-In-The-Community/ba-p/1983694#M1677

As folks have said, Zapier is the most direct way to go about this with Google Forms. But if you don't need to use Google Forms, there are other power-ups in the power-up directory that will help you accomplish this, like Forms by Blue Cat and Tiny Power-Ups Club Forms tool.

@Dhanesh Raghunath i would guess username/email is not a registered user, but if you're sure that it is, then you might need to reach out to support to see why: https://trello.com/contact

@Aldona Wijasińska if you look in card activity of a card that has moved, does it give you any ideas? Might be a hint there if there's some hidden automation or something going on!
-
@Matthew McGookin you're doing all the right things that i can tell, only thing i can think of is maybe there is a random whitespace at the end of the card name or checklist item name?
-
@Josh Dayco if you want to share a board with people not in Trello, you'll need to make the board public, otherwise Trello has no way to authenticate and see who should have access to your board. To make it public, click the icon to the right of the board name (will probably look like a lock sign or a group of people) and…
