Hi Casey, this is what worked for me. 1. under issues, select search for issues. Use a JQL Search: sprint in openSprints() ORDER BY Rank 2. Save the filtered view, name it anything you'd like. 3. Select boards, and view all boards. 4. Click create boards from the upper right. 5. Select create scrum board. 6. Select create…

Ah, yes - looks like the statuses and transitions and workflow names all have the english values. The good news is you can edit and rename them. Those are all coming from the database population during setup. The screenshots help a lot to illustrate the problem.

Awesome, I've seen something like that work really well, for instance, lots of people want the official Company Holiday Calendar to be on their team calendars. Glad you got what you needed.
-
Hi Dominic, lets take this back to the basics from the Atlassian guide. I'm actually working on a test environment that I hope to have up in the next week or so that will use a similar setup.

I presume confluence is using jira's user directory? You'll need to relink the directory. Some documentation is here for jira and here for confluence.
-
You can also get things in your current sprint with: project = "your project name here" AND sprint in openSprints()
-
Try something like: duedate <= startOfWeek(5d) and duedate > startOfWeek()
-
There is a plugin that allows you to grab everything during print. History, Comments, Changes. It's called issue history and it is a free app.
-
What happens when you're in the jira issue view? Do you have in the upper right the option "Export" with a drop down arrow? Select printable from that menu. You could also right click somewhere in the page and from the browser's menu click print page.

Appears to be asking you to step upgrade from 2.5.9 to 3.0 and move up from there. What version of Jira & Service desk is listed now in administration under applications?
-
Awesome!

Lets see what you have in your nginx configuration. Seems like proxy settings. There's also a little bit of documentation on that here.

I've always known reindexing to take hours not minutes. I have about a 7gb database right now - I can reindex locked in 4 hours. I typically though do a regular index that allows access that will run 5-6 hours on a Friday night, when I need to. I'm on SQL 2014.

I'd be curious to see a screen shot so one of the product team could look at it. Could be that the translation for the product is not complete. Can you share a few screenshots?

If this is a kanban board, when looking at the board, you'll see a button on the upper left that says "board" with a drop down next to it. Click it and select configure. When the configure page loads, on the left side, you'll see the nav menu that says "columns" click it. For the column that you want to rename, click the…

you bet! I do have a lot of dreams :)

I think the best answer here may be to use bulk edit and move all the issues from one jira service desk project to the one you want to keep and then close/archive/delete the old project.
-
Looks like there is integration with statuspage to drive this.
-
I think all of us on server are waiting for the branding options that are available for cloud to be available. There are market place add-ons for this though now.
-
Beyond Atlassian official training, getting with local Atlassian user groups, or training offered via partners - I love youtube. A ton of the information from summit is available via youtube. There's also a couple of books that are all about jira, including the administration workbook.
-
i will say, passing the credentials like this, is plain text so susceptible to capture.
-
I've seen this example to authenticate - but I've not tied the two together before to run a jql. http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TST-1?os_username=tester&os_password=tstpassword you might try writing a small web page that you can call to pull the data, like using a javascript to get the curl.
-
lets see what happens. Curious to hear about day 2 for you as well.
-
There's always room for feedback, and room for improvement. Cloud has some limitations because of the way Atlassian maintains and upgrades that environment. The need there is to be consistent across many instances. Have you thought about providing the founders feedback? You might get a response - but certainly, I'd suggest…

There's some documentation on fixing jira service desk permissions errors here. Once you fix that you're on the right track. I'd likely not give anonymous access to anything these days if it can be avoided. For the team calendar. I did a quick test run, with the following settings: Event type: Jira Issue Dates Display:…
-
Ok, then you're going CSV import to fix the status. Do a jql to pull the the information you need out, copy the date column over. Map the import and run.
-
Can you tell us a little more about the environment, OS, versions of the apps, etc? Anything in the log file for Jira? Has Jira or the server been restarted since this error occurred? Have you run the diagnostics for Jira in system administration? Under administration - applications tab, you show jira service desk…
-
Hello, There's a couple ways to do it, but one documented way is to bulk edit resolution.
-
No worries, by your profile image in the upper right is a dropdown menu, click 'Experience the new Jira".

This looks currently to be an open item in suggestions for the jira team. JRASERVER-65747
