@hero it looks like you are using Jira Server/DC. You can use 'Multiple issue events' rule with issue comment edited event instead.

@hero welcome to the community! if you want to trigger the automation when a comment is updated then use Issue comment edited trigger instead. Issue Commented will only run when a comment is added to your issue.

@MerrillO DA-Admin You can't pre-set the search criteria for all users. However, you can add a live search macro in a confluence page and then set its parameter. If your users uses that page to search for content then the result will be based on your pre determined criteria.
