  • Hi Janine, I just want to say that I have never seen this template before, but it looks really fun! To answer your question of how many people can play, a board should easily be able to accommodate 100's of members!
  • Hi Catherine, For general network questions you can always check https://trello.status.atlassian.com/ to see if Trello is currently experiencing a network outage. If not, waiting a few minutes and trying again should usually work. If you are still experiencing trouble, you can try to send a message to our support at…
  • Yes! That's the beauty of Trello. You'll see all changes on a board happen in real time as your teammates make them. Now of course, network and computing limitations might cause 1 or 2 seconds of delay between when your coworkers make changes and when you actually see them. But for the most part, you and your team members…
  • @Hak I think there might be some confusion here. The moment you click the green "save" button, the button is created. The reason the "create button" gives you that error is because you already have a card button called "Move to Done", and you cannot create another card button without deleting the first one. Let me know if…
  • Hi @Hak , your image shows you currently have a Card Button command called "Move To Done". If you already have a command for one of the types (Card Button, Board Button, Rules), then you can't create another command of that same type on the Free Plan.
  • You said your boards load properly on another laptop (if I'm understanding correctly). Does the browser that it is not working on have any extensions or plugins that might interfere? Also, if you continue to run into issues, I would suggest contacting our support at https://trello.com/contact#/. Please include a link to…
  • Okay. Here's something your Trello team admin can try. If they go to their Trello team's settings, see if they see a header called "Slack Team Linking", and this change button: Through that change button they can press "unlink" to unlink the entire team.
  • No problem! And one more tip: You can click on a label on the card front (like the screenshot is showing), and it will collapse all labels. This makes all labels a bit smaller and also hides the label name. To un-collapse them, just click the label again.
  • What does the admin see when they try '/trello unlink'? The same message that you saw?
  • Great! So what happens when you try to link your Trello account?
  • Hi, Can you be more specific about how you are trying to add a card? And maybe include a screenshot of what you are trying to do?
  • Hi, When you say you "tried to remove" the integrations, can you describe exactly what you did, and what happened? What happened when you tried `/trello unlink` on the channel you wanted to unlink? Did you get an error message?
  • Hi Andreas, If you go to the right hand menu on a board, click "More", and then "Labels", you can create a custom label with a color and name. When you add that label on a card, its name will show up too, like so: Hope that helps, Jireh
  • Hi Geoffrey, I'm not 100% sure how Azure Devops works, but if you want more information on the card creation event in Trello, you can find our documentation here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/ If you'd like, you can set up a webhook to watch for the card creation…
  • Hi Muade, Board copying and other restrictions are available to Enterprise customers: https://trello.com/guide/enterprise/sysadmin#4. As for your question about "restriction by email address", I'm not 100% sure. I'll see if I can get an answer for you. Jireh

  • Hi, Sorry to hear this is happening for you. Could you try the below things to see if any of them help you solve the problem? * Refreshing the page. * Disabling and renabling the Power-Up. * Removing your personal settings from the Power-Up and re-authorizing your GitHub account with it. If none of those help, show a few…
  • Hi, As of now, template cards do not have due dates by design.
  • Could you elaborate on what you mean by "sample checklist"? Do you want to copy and existing checklist from another card, or do you want to create an empty checklist (with no check items)?
  • Hi Derek, I would suggest you contact our support team by going to https://trello.com/contact and clicking on "Ask Trello Support". If for some reason you can't access the form, you can email support@trello.com instead.
  • Hi, Can you describe why you think your account is deleted? Is it because you read a message on Trello saying that your account has been deleted, or that you are having trouble logging in? If you have trouble logging in, I would suggest you try to get a recover link from Trello. To do that, go to the log in screen and…
  • Hi, card and list syncing is not a native feature in Trello. However, there are many great third-party applications that developers make for Trello for additional functionality! For example, there is a Power-Up called Unito which can sync cards across different…
  • Hi Jerry, Are you using the Calendar Power-Up? If you add a date to a card, it will show up in the Calendar Power-Up, giving you an easy way to see your cards based on their date. https://trello.com/power-ups/55a5d917446f517774210011/calendar
  • Hi, Is it possible you invited her to your team, rather than your board? Inviting all of your clients to a singular team gives them access to all boards of that team. Instead, you can invite users to a board (not a team) so that they only have access to that board.
  • @Cassandra Schiller That, I am not 100% sure on. I would suggest looking into Butler Variables to see if you could somehow put the email you want on the card, then have Butler extract that data to use as the receiver's email. Here is our help page on Butler Variables: https://help.butlerfortrello.com/article/27-variables…
  • Hi Luis, I would suggest contacting our support team by going to https://trello.com/contact and clicking "Ask Trello Support". Please make sure you are logged in.
  • Hi Cassandra, You can create email alerts with Rules in Butler. However, emailing with Butler is a paid feature.
  • Hi, I think the command you're looking for is in the "Cascade" tab of the Card Button commands. It's the second to last command on that tab. Once you create this card button, simply press it after you've taken down your notes on your card. It will take the items in the checklist called "Notes" and make cards for you in the…
  • Hi Renato, Do you have another Card Button command already made? If you already have a command for one of the types (Card Button, Board Button, Rules), then you can't create another command of that same type.
  • Hi James, That Butler action is in the "Cascade" tab of the card button command creation builder. I think the "script" you're referring to are Butler variables (https://help.butlerfortrello.com/article/27-variables). To open the "in list" option of that action, you need to click on the 1st button that looks like several…
  • Hi Kerri, In Trello you can create teams which consists of yourself and other users. The Add To Team button makes that user a member of your team. https://trello.com/en-US/guide/create-a-team
