Hi Tim, If you have Business Class, you can invite members as Observers to your board, who can't edit or move cards, but can still view them or comment. https://help.trello.com/article/732-adding-observers-to-boards

Hi, Could you take a screenshot of what you see? I could not reproduce being able to search for archived cards. Are you using Trello's default side-menu search bar?
-
Could you please attach a screenshot of your Butler command?
-
Ah, these #tags are not core Trello features, meaning these are from either Power-Ups or browser extensions. Most likely the case is you have a Trello-related browser extension installed on your browser, but your co-worker doesn't.
-
Hi Erica, I have a few tests I'd like you to try to diagnose the problem: 1. Are you able to create checklists just fine on your own boards? 2. Are you able/unable to do anything else besides checklists on your client's board? Can you create new cards/lists, edit descriptions, add due dates, etc? If these issues only occur…

Do you have any power-ups enabled on this board? Or do you have any browser extensions (like a chrome plugin) that are installed on your computer but not your coworker's computer? Also, could you post a screenshot of the "Add#tags" button that you see?
-
Ah, this might be related to an image attachment issue we've been experiencing because of our AWS servers that affects some users. Please write to our support team by going to trello.com/contact and clicking "Ask Trello Support". Make sure you're logged in as well. And feel free to link them this page. If for some reason…

No problem! Please come back if you have any other questions. The code block exists to format computer code more easily. Trello is used by all sorts of teams, including teams with software developers. The code block allows developers to paste in code snippets without worrying about the formatting of a text editor.

That screenshot is of old UI of Trello. There is no way for you to have this look on your cards. In case you didn't know, you can click labels on the card front to either expand or shrink their appearance, in case you think they take too much space on the card front.
-
Hi Doreen, Could you elaborate more on what you mean by "not displaying properly"? Could you also attach a screenshot of what you see?
-
Hi Maciej, Yes, it does exist! You can find power-ups either going through the board side menu and clicking "Power-Ups", or through trello.com/power-ups. Here is the link to Card Repeater: https://trello.com/power-ups/57b47fb862d25a30298459b1/card-repeater. To use power-ups, you have to enable them on a specific board.…

No problem Naomi! Glad to hear Butler is working out for you. Please do come back if you have any other questions about Trello.

All of those dates are before today (Today is the 30th). Are you trying to create a board button for dates before today or after today? If you wanted to affect cards with dates before today, you need to change the option "from now" to "ago", e.g. "less than 2 days ago".
-
When you say copy block, do you mean code block? Like this? Code blocks on trello will scroll horizontally for large amounts of text. Here is the help.trello documentation on code blocks. Code block - Include formatted code by wrapping it in three backticks (```) at the beginning and end of the block, or by starting a line…

Hi David, Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're referring to?
-
To elaborate: Butler counts in "natural days", meaning that "less than 1 days from now" essentially means "today" (0 days from today). If you want to grab cards that are due tomorrow (which is 1 day from today), then set the filter to "less than 2 days from now".
-
Unfortunately, Butler does not have access to member's email addresses.
-
Hi Naomi, Can you try changing the "less than 1 days" to "less than 2 days" instead?
-
Hi Ben, I understand now, thank you for clarifying. In Butler, you have to specify each list individually to sort. If you are running into timeout errors, I would suggest perhaps breaking your large board into smaller boards for easier management and organization. I will pass on this use case to our team for future…

Hi Sarah, I think our support team may be better equipped to help you. Please go to https://trello.com/contact, click "Ask Trello Support", and fill out the form. Feel free to link them this thread! If for whatever reason that contact form isn't working (make sure you're logged in), you can email support@trello.com instead.

HI Sarah, It seems like you are a managed-member of an Enterprise team (or teams). This means you may be restricted on which boards you can copy or move cards to. Restrictions also apply if you are a guest on a board. Could you please check in with your team admins to see if this is the case?
-
Hi Naomi, You want to move the card if its custom field is set to less than a day from today, correct? If so, you want to change the filter "more than 1 days from now" to "less than 1 days from now".
-
Hi Mitch, Are you perhaps talking about card labels? Or custom fields? Also, are you logged into the same account from both computers?
-
Hi Ramiro, With Butler, Trello's built in automation tool, you can create a Rule that sends an email whenever a card reaches its due date. However, emailing with Butler is a paid feature. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like:
-
Hi Sarah, Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Ah, the mobile devices are going to have limited Power-Up accessibility. Although some Power-Ups, like Calendar and Voting, are available on our mobile app, unfortunately not all Power-Ups are available on mobile devices. We hope to have more Power-Ups available on mobile in the future.
-
Hi Robert, Can you elaborate on what devices you use? Which is your "main" device, and what other devices are you trying to use?
-
Unfortunately every rule can only have one trigger, so doing OR's or AND's are typically not possible. Simply use more than one rule. However, in your case you can add a filter to the custom field trigger, and that filter can be related to a different custom field. Here's a picture showing what I mean. You would need to…

Hi Charles, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing log in issues. Whenever there are connectivity issues with Trello, be sure to check https://trello.status.atlassian.com/ to watch for updates on the situation. We hope to be resolving this issue as soon as possible. Jireh

Hi Simon, 1. When you say filtering, do you mean keeping cards with a certain label and archiving the rest? 2. A board button (and all other commands) can do more than one action. So you don't need one board button for each list. You can create a single board button that will sort all of the lists you need.
